Great hotel. Facing the ocean and the best beach and hotel in Alanya. The staff is fantastic. So serviceminded! Ask and it is given!

I spend one great week in this hotel. In my room was wonderful wiew to sea, amazing sunset from balcony. Housekeepers was super; allways some nice surprise in the room. All staff was so helpful, especially thank you Irem in reception!
Only one problem was noise from other hotel/bars in neighbour some nights.

Absolutely spotless staff couldn’t do enough and very pleasant location is great right on the beach and amenities.Only thing that let this hotel down was the food or lack of it it is not even close to the pictures shown we had to go to the hotel across the street only went for breakfast once we went at 9 o’clock and there was nothing left but seeds yes seeds like budgies would eat didn’t have English tea and never had any milk no choice what so ever so pointless going back the next time and dinner again no options 3 different huge pots god knows what was in then plenty of bowls of salad all the same kind I got chicken 1 st night and it was raw the food was not just cold but absolutely freezing my husband had to ask for the soup to be microwaved when we did get some food worth trying they serve it to you I got 1 tiny skewer with 3 pieces on meat ? When I asked for a bit more they look at you like your greedy I was embarrassed to go for anything else it’s diabolical in 10 days I ate 2 pieces of chicken the deserts were nice I feel bad writing this because everything else was 100% most people who were in the hotel also had the same dinning experience if going don’t go all inclusive or half board and you,l love it
