Amazing staff, awesome facility highly recommended to anyone visiting Thailand, next to Bangla road, everything is close, many restaurants, close to puket airport, they also have hire bikes to get around at great affordable prices

All reviews big swimming pool phuket town clean staff bangla road clean hotel shopping mall good size family mart great pool rooms are big room service pool view patong beach quiet at night definitely stay here again walking street nice room

Lovely staff, very welcoming receptionist, excellent location, delicious food and beautifully swimming pool, very close to Bangla road and otop market. Will definetly return. 5 star experience. Thank you for great hospitality.

Amazing service and excellent rooms, all close to main roads (bangla rd) and Joy was exceptional in customer service. Near many resteraunts and most facilities are close to the hotel. Room was very spacious and accommodating. I would recommend going here.

Highly recommended for a few reasons. The price is right, right in the center, close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Joy and Ice. Will definitely stay here again. 1000$ for a MONTH, WOW

We stayed for a week on the 4th floor room with pool view. The balcony railing was rotted away you wouldn't want to lean on it. Room was clean big but outdated. Bathroom the shower and bath was awkward for my wife as she has short legs. The plumbing issue with the toilet was very sub-standard it is a issue that should be seriously look at fixing. Balcony dividers have major cracks. Breakfast was dismal as there was not a variety of choice would be more desirable if there was more than just chicken sausage chicken ham fried potatoes rice and juice selection poor. The pool was nice gardens were nice around the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Has potential to be a nice hotel with alot maintenance and upgrading of facilities and a variety of breakfast choices as its a well placed location.
