Spent 24 nights in a pool access room. Great value for money. The rooms are a good size, they are slightly dated but very clean and comfortable. Good Aircon and facilities in the rooms. The pool area is great and not often very busy.
The staff at the hotel are friendly and very helpful, especially Jay and Joy at reception.
The only negative was the breakfast. I had paid for a buffet breakfast to be included daily. Upon arrival I was advised that breakfast was not being served there (Tony Resort), but at their sister resort (The Amata) just down the road. Also this was not a buffet but a set menu which was very average. When I advised that I was not happy about this, the staff were very apologetic and said they had received many complaints about the breakfast. By the time my stay had ended the breakfast had become a small buffet of sorts but was still poor.
