The Senses hotel and spa resort review

Excellent hotel in the Centre of Patong beside Jungceylon shopping arcade. The staff in the hotel are all
attentive esp Queen, Kay, Brim, Perry and (James) Bond at Splash Mountain pool bar! Their cocktails during Happy Hour are especially nice and my family and l had enjoyed them all. 😂. Rooms are cosy, spacious and clean. The only change is would recommend is for brighter lights otherwise the ambience lighting is a tad on the dim side. Breakfast is tasty and l love their chicken noodle soup - but go light on the chilies otherwise the kick could be overpowering! We would most definitely come back to The Senses hotel and spa on our next trip to Phuket.

Room tip: The hotel is located at the top of a steep hill. There are hotel golf buggies at the bottom security gate that offers ride to the lobby

Nice location if you looking for a quiet place .
great staff. The staff were very welcoming and helpful . Thank you all
Wish they have better ventilation around elevators area
The breakfast was very good many options

Ocean/private pool access

Amazing pool access room. oil, Rita and Preaw at the reception very helpful. Must visit. The place is little away from the hustling street of patong . It should just have more vegetarian food options in breakfast. Everything is accessible from senses resort

Excellent and prompt check in

Coke,add, kwang helped me and my friend check in very smoothly. Excellent check in and very informative.took extra care in showing everything. Highly recommend this resort!

Very conveniently located resort near nightlife and beach.

Again OUTSTANDING stay/time

It's been less than 24 hours since we were still again at The Sense Resort & Villas in paradise on Phuket ☹

Nevertheless, I would like to thank THANCHANOK PRAMKULL ( MAM ) Director of Sales & Marketing, especially for the great arrangement and an absolutely seamless process. Each wish ( some was really tricky ) would fulfilled
MAM´s support was as usual OUTSTANDING!
Further I would also like to sincerely thank the entire team at the hotel (reception, security, restaurant, waitresses, waiters, cooks, buggy drivers, housekeeping team, cleaning ladies, .... as well as everyone else behind the scenes who made our stay once again unforgettable.
None of the whole management and employees just do their job because it's a job, no, this passion, dedication, friendliness and cheerfulness coupled with great enthusiasm to make the guest happy and satisfied in every respect is simply unbelievable!
you feel very well looked after, like at home
You are a GREAT TEAM!!
Hope to see all soon again 😊

I just could again HIGLY reommend the whole hotel staff and location as a place to be at Phuket!
