We stayed in April as part of our honeymoon and it was great.

Location: in a remote calm area in ubud yet not far (around 10 minutes) from center.

Shuttle: Free shuttle is available to take you from hotel to center or any other place in ubud. Just give a notice 15 minutes ahead and they will take you. Also they pick you up for free too, just call them and they will come.

Villas: the hotel have a one or two room villa with private pool. We took a one room villa with private pool. Very spacious, very clean, with terrace. Indoor and outdoor bathroom. Indoor bathtub.

Breakfast: is served in your villa. You order the breakfast the day before from the menu and tell them at what time to get them in the morning. They were always on time.

Airport pickup: they picked us up from the airport for free despite arriving late at night. And on our check out they dropped us in our next hotel in kuta for free also!

Excellent service and food were served piping hot despite the walk from kitchen to villa. Very accommodating to our requests most times making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Only setback is the hour complimentary massaage that comes along with the 3 night stay package. The massages are below satisfaction (no pressing at all). It's either they get better masseurs or offer a discount to the rate.

We booked this after considering many villas. Without question, the hospitality we received from Nefatari's staff was the best. I have nothing but great things to say and will go into detail below.

My special request was for "seclusion for our honeymoon." We got our privacy and even got a special gift when we got to our room. The villa was enormous. Full pool, outdoor patio and dining table. Partially-outdoor bathroom with a beautiful shower. Incense each day. We noticed housekeeping came by twice each day.
The shuttle was great for getting to and from Nefatari and we used the host to book massages ($15 USD/ hour) almost daily. Breakfast could be order to your room or up to the restaurant courtyard. There was plenty of variety and it all tasted great. I recommend the french toast and Balinese coffee. We chose to do room service as well for a few meals. The average entree was $3 USD and again, high quality and delicious.

I have to note a couple things that went far above and beyond. I mentioned we forgot our travel adapter and they had one delivered to our room within 30 minutes. And when I asked them to book me a taxi to our next destination 2 hours away, they went to their manager and got approval to shuttle us there free of charge as a honeymoon present.

We stayed 5 nights of our ten here and wished it was all 10.
