What can we say beyond, we were spoiled! The staff was present with all of our needs with genuine kindness. The rooms were very spacious with gorgeous canopy beds and the private garden was beyond our expectations considering the low price we paid. The entire hotel grounds were immaculately groomed and felt like a true hideaway away from Ubud city madness. Dear staff, if you are reading this, please know that we had an amazing stay and hope to be back in the future.

The resort is really beautiful. The rooms were very spacious. It had an open bathtub n shower as well. It has a private garden in each villa. We loved the rooms. The pool was also beautiful with a landscape view. The rooms were clean and we didn't find any types of insects. They also have shuttle service till the market area.

We only stayed a night here.
We recommened this place to anyone who want peace and tranquility. Lie down on their sunbed. Closed your eyes and enjoy the sound of nature. Perfecto!

We enjoyed our time here eventhough its limited. We arrived at 4pm after back from Nusa lembongan. Checked in was a breeze. We had the nearest room from the recept but quite far from the pool. But its ok. We like it. The staffs were friendly and nice. They will hold a small chat with u and greet u whenever they see you. That little gestures really matters to me. Thank u. :)

The room is quite big for a couple. It can actually accomodate another 2 kids.
The flow of the water is also great. Very comfortable bed. They provides toiletries,kettle,tea,coffee in the room. But the AC is quite off they need to work on this.

The hotel has a transfer to ubud center. U can get their schedule from the receptionist. They were usually on time.

I would like to send my appreciation and gratitute to the intern there. I apologised for not remembering her name but i would like to thank her for her professionalism and empathy.
On our night there i encountered a bad experienced with geckos. I’m fully aware that while in Ubud im bound to experience these kind of creatures. Its my bad thinking i could for once get rid of the fear.

I don’t blame the hotel managements and staffs. I am super icky and the fear i have on these creatures no one could ever imagined !!!!
I ran out of my room after i saw one big gross gecko behind the large mirror in the room.
I dashed out of my room towards the reception as it was dark and i was really super nervous and dont know where to turn to.
The intern girl fortunately was at the reception area and saw that i need help as i was really nervous and nearly fainted she quickly helped me calm down and assured me that Geckos are harmless and while i’m at Ubud i will definitely bound to encounter with creatures like this. She even handed me a bottle of water and kept distracting me with other topics conversations to help me calm down while we wait for the transfer to Ubud center. This didnt convince me in any ways but the empathy she had on someone like me is what was really appreciated. For someone her age (16yo) she has great professionalism. I know its not easy for other people to understand how people like me feel towards these pests/reptiles etc.. I was so sorry that i need her help to get rid of the Gecko in the room. Thank u so much.

We bought a tour to Mount batur at Ubud center as i knew that i wont be able to sleep well that night after that experienced so might as well.

We were back from Mount batur at 10.30am and thanked the staffs for remembering us and kept our breakfast ready. Breakfast was great!

They even call to let us know that we can check out at a later timing like 330pm if we want to but we already had other plans that noon.

We will definitely return to BUMI UBUD as i really appreciate its beauty,peace and tranquility the only thing bad is its GECKOs. Too bad for me then.
