Thanks to the barmen Mahmoud and Adel, very kind and good cocktail makers.
Just to say that the plastic glasses used at the bars are not safe for covid, because people use them and then they don't through away but they give them again to guest without washing them please change like girato was much batter and safety

Amazing service and thanks to mr ahmed galal who makes us happy although we had a terrible experience with this hotel as I booked from booking.com for All inclusive and when I came he told me that my reservation is Soft all inclusive although they didn't mention that on the booking.com but he told me because I'm Egyptian !!!!!!!! But If I'm foreigners from aboard it will be hard all inclusive !!! And the same price I paid us dollars like the foreignrs but this is racialism .
So be careful and ask before go .
At normal times I'll give them 5/5 but they have to review their own policy.

Starting from the reception staff everybody doing their job greatly!
Food is super cool! By Mr.Ibraheem chief Plenty of different restaurants, you can eat in all of them at once.
