I came Friday 4 may 2018 with my family.
All Swimming pools are not working.
Service is very bad
I understood workers are on strike.
No bus to beach.
No towels available.
They told me hotel under maintenance.
Why they are allowing reservation during maintenance.
Someone from the worker told me it is like that since 6 months
the room are not clean .. the bathrooms are horrible and dirty .. slow responds for requests .. old furniture and the fridge was not working. there were water drops from the ceiling . and rude receptionists
Mosquitos. No service. Unclean pools. Electric stoves that actually electrocuted the person cooking. Stinky toilets. 12 channel TV that barely functions. A/C remotes don't function either.
Just avoid until they fix the place, if they ever do properly.
Really from experience, don’t go to this hotel!!
It’s really the worst because of rooms (not clean+ they don’t clean it everyday) seriously the worst food you can eat not for a 4 stars hotel (i was a full board, which means no food i guess) No heated swimming pool (they had many & aqua park) but no one get to it because it was a very cold water

P.s; for people asking why i didn’t leave , they didn’t give me this option (I couldn’t get my money back for 5 days) seriously it’s the worst !!!!!
This hotel should be closed, my wife and I and sister and brother in law all went to the hotel on the 29th November 2017 and we booked out on the 10th December.
The hotel is very unclean, the bar has no glasses and run out of alcohol ( Wine) twice.
The food is not fit for my dog it was terrible the apartment we lived in needed rolling repairs to the hot water,electric,and the shower door. The swimming pool was disgusting, no entertainment and when we made our own the staff ( manager) turned the TVs up full. When we asked for a move we were told that we could move but only to a hotel of there choice and that we would have to pay the Gardenia plaza first. The money remaining would be put into my account 5/6 days later. I thought that was really cheeky so we never got out until three days before our finish date. The hotel was a police çonvention as the president was visiting. There were four brits a hand full of Egyptians and loads of police. We will never ever go to this hotel again. The one positive thing was the Staff there try there hearts out to help you. Very dirty unclean unprofessional and not fit to be a one star never mind a four.
