This hotel is 3 star at best! Not all inclusive, infested with bed bugs, dirty, rude or lecherous, perverted and aggressive staff.
We woke up on the second day covered in Bed bug bites, on the third day a cockroach was in my mums bed we were moved rooms, this was to the same basic room provided.
Everything and everywhere is Filthy. Especially the rooms, the bedding is so old, yellowing and bobbly, not clean, does not feel nice to sleep in. The towels you are given for the beach/pool are old worn and dirty like everything at this hotel. The hotel is old, dirty and in desperate need of a refurb.
The food is the worst I’ve ever had in any hotel in the world, and we are a well travelled family. Everything is So bad, so basic. All you can ever get is chicken wings, grisly beef, or under cooked foul tasting fish. Absolutely no choice for children. Two adults and a child in our party and we ate bread and Pringles (that we had to buy from the hotel shop) for our entire stay. In a ten night stay we have sadly not enjoyed even 1 nice evening meal. It’s as little effort, as little portions and as little cost as they can possibly get away with. I haven’t eaten as badly in all my life as we have at this hotel over ten days!
If you are happy to eat nothing but bread every meal of the day for your entire holiday then you’ll be fine here.
My child lost 10lb in weigh on this holiday because he has barley eaten for ten days! (Photos are only a few examples of how bad the food was)
This is Not all inclusive, we asked for a bottle of water from the pool bar, we were told water not free. We have spent a fortune on drinks that should have been included. Pay extra and you can get lovely cocktails, milkshakes, smoothies and ice cream, but again only if you pay extra for them. This is what I’ve payed for when I booked my holiday surly?!
Pool snack bar is not a snack bar, all you can get is watered down juice or Pepsi, wine that’s like vinegar or beer that’s like water. No cocktails are included. No food available in the hotel between 10:30-12:30 and 3:30-7pm. As a party of two adults and one child we spent most days hungry, and thirsty fed up of drinking fizzy pop, which is all you could have as an all inclusive guest.
-We spent a fortune on things that were not included including drinks and food because we were all starving!
The all Male staff at the hotel are over friendly and hassle you everyday with sexually suggestive comments and gestures all the time, one actually touched my bum. Either that or they are aggressive and rude. I was on a family holiday with my child. Got to the point where I was worrying about even wearing a summer dress on holiday because of how forward and leering the staff are.
The pool staff are like military police, constantly blowing whistles to stop you from doing one thing or another, are abusive and rude. Pool staff verbally abused my disabled mum and son for wearing a cotton tshirt in the pool, claiming cotton is a toxic fabric, when I tried to explain that it was so hot and they didn’t want to burn one of the told me ‘princess you don’t understand’. We were shouted at and humiliated about a tshirt in front of the entire pool
We were harassed no matter where we were in the hotel, to buy cocktails, ice creams (non of which are included as they should be in an all inclusive hotel) portraits, spa treatments, booking a la cart restaurant, anything they can sell you, all this hotel wants is your money.
Excursions in hotel not legal, not associated with hotel and just want to overcharge as much as possible, especially if your English. Please do not book with them. Although good luck because they don’t take no for an answer and hassle you with the need to know why you don’t want to do something.
Stunning location, the beach is beautiful, such a shame this hotel is so very abysmal, would not go back if it was free.
The pool is nice, but the swim up bar advertised is no longer there, and the pool bar is filthy, you can get fizzy pop or watered down dilute pop and no snacks at all all day. At around 4 each day they get out more bread buns and either chicken wings or grotesque vegan burgers, we are not vegan, even if we were we still have tastebuds and these were soooo bad! The food at this hotel is so bad I wouldn’t feed it to my dog!
You can’t get a sunbed because staff are paid extra to save them for people. Unless you get up around 7am and battle to get one. We were told if we were happy to pay the staff extra everyday we could have sun beds saved for us. Half of them are broken, and the other half have cigarette burns in them.
No free Wi-Fi only near the pool and in the lobby, you have to pay for it on your room.
Fully smoking hotel! People smoke everywhere, in the restaurant, by the pool
-Every day I have been asked where my husband or dad is, like I can’t bring my son on holiday without a senior male escort.
There is no bowling alley, no swim up pool bar, half of what is advertised is closed down or so run down it needs knocking down!
The hotel is NOT what had been advertised to us and not the 4 star resort we have paid for! Raising this with our holiday provider, because we are so disappointed by how much we paid and how bad it was.
