In general i didn’t like how the hotel was managed and maintained. The hotel is following the cost cutting in all departments at its maximum.
for 4 stars hotel i expected better quality and service :
- Carton cups in the rooms instead of mugs or ceramic cups.
- very low quality trays in the rooms didn’t reflect the 4 stars hotel standards.
- very low juice quality …sugary and very light.
- very low ice cream quality!
- 7 days there, bed/pillows covers never been changed. Only they dressed them properly thats all.
- the Main sunny restaurant was very crowded and there is a restaurant extension but was not air conditioned and felt hot.
- the poor restaurant staff couldn’t do any service due to the high clientele number.
- At the reception : very long check in . My check was done by 3 receptionists in 2 hours!!!
- Receptionists didn’t give full information about the hotel amenities and all the departments facilities. They give sometimes wrong information and sometimes they don’t know the answers. Before 2 days only of my check out i knew that all restaurants except chez pascal restaurant have All inclusive dinners. We were informed that the green house restaurant is only with extra charge.
- Animation: half an hour from 8:30 till 9:00 pm is very short.
- animation location near the pool is very small and not convenient to watch the show. - pool towels: i have to return them to the beach place instead of return them to recreation staff at the pool. Not convenient to go till the beach just to return back the towels.
- No outside clear signage of the hotel..just the hotel name painted on the front wall behind the palms poor hotel image.
- beach sea is very stagnant and close to the boats ( engine oil ).
- hotel lobby was very small cannot reflecting 4 stars hotel.
- a lot more details proof that is not at all a 4 stars hotel.
- The week before i was in Pickalbatros hotel in Hurghada 4 stars but absolutely no comparaison with the the Rihana hotel.
- sure never back to this hotel.

I’m not satisfied it’s not my first time here in Rihanna but this time it was a very bad experience stay . The reception service and stuff are not professional at all ways . They don’t know how to communicate well with their guests .the way they talk , behave and treat their guest is horrible. I have never mentioned this in one of my stays but this time I had to talk about such horrible attitudes and service. We usually book months before our stay and they don’t give us any priority . The thing they gave us a room for special needs ( thank god no one one of us needs this ) which something we don’t ask for and shows how unprofessional they are . When I asked them why you want to give us this room the answer was that we don’t have any room just only this one left this was a weird answer I have ever heard at any hotel I visited in the world

*PROS
- Reception was good. Mr. Ahmed really knows how to welcome first time guests
- Room was clean and tidy.
- Main restaurant cleanliness and replenishments were good considering that it was always full count.
- Quality and variety of food were really exceptional
- I want to thank (Mr. Magdy and ALL staff for the great hospitality).
- Lagoon Bar was really amazing with special thanks to Mr. Milad, Mr. John & Mr. Mostafa
- Peanut Bar is really a good place to end your day with special thanks to the three bartenders.

* Cons
- Urgent action required to all Toilets cleanliness & Maintenance (Lagoon, Reception, Pools & Main restaurant)
- not all people are CAT friendly so please try to exert some efforts to limit their existence inside the hotel.
- Garage was really bad. Cars remain under sun for 5 days!!
