In general i didn’t like how the hotel was managed and maintained. The hotel is following the cost cutting in all departments at its maximum.
for 4 stars hotel i expected better quality and service :
- Carton cups in the rooms instead of mugs or ceramic cups.
- very low quality trays in the rooms didn’t reflect the 4 stars hotel standards.
- very low juice quality …sugary and very light.
- very low ice cream quality!
- 7 days there, bed/pillows covers never been changed. Only they dressed them properly thats all.
- the Main sunny restaurant was very crowded and there is a restaurant extension but was not air conditioned and felt hot.
- the poor restaurant staff couldn’t do any service due to the high clientele number.
- At the reception : very long check in . My check was done by 3 receptionists in 2 hours!!!
- Receptionists didn’t give full information about the hotel amenities and all the departments facilities. They give sometimes wrong information and sometimes they don’t know the answers. Before 2 days only of my check out i knew that all restaurants except chez pascal restaurant have All inclusive dinners. We were informed that the green house restaurant is only with extra charge.
- Animation: half an hour from 8:30 till 9:00 pm is very short.
- animation location near the pool is very small and not convenient to watch the show. - pool towels: i have to return them to the beach place instead of return them to recreation staff at the pool. Not convenient to go till the beach just to return back the towels.
- No outside clear signage of the hotel..just the hotel name painted on the front wall behind the palms poor hotel image.
- beach sea is very stagnant and close to the boats ( engine oil ).
- hotel lobby was very small cannot reflecting 4 stars hotel.
- a lot more details proof that is not at all a 4 stars hotel.
- The week before i was in Pickalbatros hotel in Hurghada 4 stars but absolutely no comparaison with the the Rihana hotel.
- sure never back to this hotel.
