People are extrem friendly always trieing to make you comortable, no matter if you needed help to find the right spot on the pool or the beach or in the restaurant.

Amazing holiday Milad at the sunset bar tharwat at the lounge bar all the guys at the beach food was brilliant short walk to downtown and a cheap tutut to the marina with plenty of bars and restaurants everywhere clean and rooms tidy and spacious. Can’t wait to return

All in all an excellent trip in El Gouna with only a few remarks. The charged billard table needs some repair (sticks, table). The same is valid for the table football (free of charge). There was also a constant high noise coming from the pool, which is annoying when the terrace door is open (especially at.night). Gym was excellent, right next to the room (108).

Very nice and friendly service in restaurants and bars. Staff at reception a bit arrogant although helpful. Maybe it was a language problem for some of them. Our room was okay but outdated especially the bathroom. Curtains in a shower is not hygienic. But very clean!!

Kindly note that you had an accessible room and this is why you had a shower curtain, for the rest of the hotel, we have shower cabin. Also, we would like you to know that we have renovated half of the hotel and we have a plan to renovate more in 2023.

Excellent service ; personnel is helpful, efficient and friendly.
Good food; nice swimming pools but not all heated. Some rooms must be renovated and I think that rooms in the main building should be avoided as the place is not very nice. In general It’s a very pleasant place to stay: small structures, everything at proximity in the complex and, except at some hours in the restaurant, you don’t feel it is crowded although the hotel was almost fully booked when I was there.

We Had a wonderful time, staff is great, facilities are excellent, and room is very nice and cozy. The new rooms are well designed, and the hotel is located 3 min walking from downtown and parking slots were easily available.
