The best service I have had and I highly recommend Lotus Blanc Resort if you visit Siem Reap. Thr location is within the center of Siem Reap downtown 6 National Road Krong Siem Reap. The hotel is part of Innotality hotel groups. For me, the service is really five star. Clean rooms, quick response if you have technical problems in your room, and easy to go anywhere with the hotel tuk tuk and you are in safe hands. They greet guests and remember their names. For me, this is a nice attentionnto detail just by remembering names and asking how you are doing everytime they see you, morning, afternoon, evening. Food at Lotus Blanc restsurant is delicious both Khmer food and wester food. They have a good popular Cambodian dish Fish Amok. They also have Siso restaurant (western food). They have 2x a week a barbecue for $15 plus VAT and service charge 7%....drinks exclided but very affordable. They have other tour programs to Angkor Wat, dining with Apsara dance performance, sunset watch on a special Khmer Gondola wooden boat with high tea refreshments for $150 (2 people minimum). Also you can do cooking class with open market visit or without. So close to Pub Street where things are happening at night. 15 minutes to Angkor Wat and other temples. The staffs are well trained so overall I could not be happier.
