My family and I had the pleasure of spending almost a week at the Lotus Blanc. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, such a welcoming, friendly and professional group. This started from the warm greeting at the free airport pick up. We would particularly like to mention the lovely Kanika in reception and Thong at the pool bar both of whom went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were excellent and the pool is large and the perfect ending to a hot day touring the temples! The hotel has tuc tucs, it’s only $3 per tuc tuc each way into the centre of Siem Reap. We ate at the pool bar most evenings and found the food to be very good and a varied menu.

The staff is very kindly! We got an upgraded room with a huge bathroom. The hotel has a good restaurant and a nice bar near the pool. The atmosphere is nice and the reseption help you with whatever it is.

The breakfast has many different choises.

This is a trerrific hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Good food in the restaurant, and very comfortable rooms. Centrally placed in Siem Reap.

All in all Siem Reap was a pleasant experience. Everyone knows the Ankor temples, and they were of course great, but the city turned out to be a modern place, with everything you would expect. City and hotel highly recommended.
