Everything was perfect. the roome was big and designed beautiful, the breakfast and the happy hour was great. They let us stay until 12:00 am and it was really helpful. Thank you for everything, highly recommended

Review of Bay Club Hotel Haifa

After two years of no travel we decided to take a break in Haifa. There was a great offer from Atlas on their hotels and we happily booked two nights with breakfast. Everything about our stay at the hotel was a joy- happy hour with tasty nibbles, wine and a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, nice room with a balcony and a great view. amazing breakfast. great location. we had a marvellous time. find it hard to believe anyone could fault this hotel.

This hotel is settled in the middle of Hadar and downtown with a magnificent facade and decor . The hotel is so charming and so beautiful that it makes you want just to stay in the hotel gardens . Like every atlas hotels there is a happy hour in the afternoon and yes the service was so great and perfect . It’s easy yo get via public transport and everything is very close to it . I really enjoyed every moment I was there . Thank you. תודה רבה על חוויה מענגת

Was Wonderful Experience.
Very clean, nice and stylish design.
The service feels like the stuff is very welcoming and helpful.
The Breakfast was Delicious, and the atmosphere in the patio with exactly peeked music !!!

Good location, beautiful premises, good atmosphere, positive attitude from all staff members. Excellent breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay and we will come back.

My room was pretty, but getting there was ugly.
Service was rude and unhelpful - the opposite of what I expected!
Leaving the hotel after dark is risky for your personal safety - it was downright scary outside!
Room tip: Choose a different hotel

We are proud to say that the vast majority of feedback that we receive is consistently positive and because of this, we are very surprised to read your review. In response it is important to state the facts as they happened. It is written very clearly when making a reservation that payment is made upon check-in with a credit card in the name of the reservation holder. When our front desk clerk asked you for your credit card you told him that didn’t have your credit card and that you want him to charge the credit card that is on file. We are not allowed to charge a credit card number without actually seeing it. You were very angry and the front desk clerk did his best to explain the procedures that we follow. At this point you threatened that you would spread the word of what a bad hotel it was. This was only because we would not charge a credit card that you did not have on you. Shaming is not a solution. Our staff is very proud of our hotel and takes a lot of pride in the service they extend to our guests.
