We booked at Amby valley to celebrate our anniversary. The whole trip started with fancy welcome. However there on the entire experience went downhill. The Burmese chalet which was supposed to be the best in the property was a disappointment from the start. For saying they take time for check-in process as they double check the neatness of the room, there were spider webs in many corners. Old, badly maintained rooms, cracking wood with a non functioning Jacuzzi. After several calls and arguments from the staff we were shifted into another room thanks to miss shiv, who was the only polite staff member.
Food quality is good. And these PPL *CHARGE* for ICE. But Service industry in general is questionable with poor attitude and complacency and amby valley chalets has so far been the poorest experience for us. Anyone who is trying to celebrate absolutely do not go there.

    Awesome resorts but few Improvements can be made

    Ambey Valley City is a great resort in the midst of the Nature and we really loved our stay here. We enjoyed Buffet dinner at woodpecker restaurant which was very tasty.
    However there are few things which could have been improved.
    There were no umbrellas in the room and we were visiting at a time when rainfall is frequent, you have have to buy umbrellas from Ambey Bazaar however in a mid of rain you can't walk there as its far away from the room.
    No parking for two wheelers, they assumed everyone visiting would own a 4 wheeler.

    Excellent

    Very good cottages with all amenities. I liked it very most. All facilities. The bed are good and rooms are very spacious with excellent balcony. The food was delicious. You need to go to restaurant which is far but conveyance are available there always.

    Great staycation

    Amazing rooms and great township! Food was too good at Woodpecker even though a bit on the higher side! Mrudula was a darling and took care of all our food requests. Must visit! Many activities to do within the property! Worth every penny ❤️😻☺️

    Awesome Experience

    It was a great experience in amby valley city, awesome environment and nice climate, really happy with hospitality. Thanks to Prabhakar and Devilal for their hospitality service. We really enjoyed boat and cruise trip, property has their own swimming pool in each room

    LAKE FRONT CAFFE

    we visited Lakeview restaurant at Ambivali City, the location was excellent.
    The staff specially Mr.Yogesh and Samrudhhi were attending us .
    They were very polite and cooperative.: food was very good.
    We highly recommended person visiting Ambivali must spend sometime specially at evening.
