We were there on a vacation for our 10th wedding anniversary,on 3rd June check in for three nights,this was our second visit to aamby and the service and room quality was too much difference then last time,room had literally bugs and cockroaches,in a Aussie suite room no 227 there were literally spider wed on the roof also the attached tub had cockroaches every time serviced 4time Bt no use of doing again and again, staff managers Mr.Utkarsh had so much work that he don’t have courtesy time to call back rather giving call manager miss.Arpita rather giving reason that he have gone for bath shame full aamby valley team,they have train ride Bt no courtesy to send pickup vehicle at the end during heavy rains as we had 4years old kid,and this is worst of all on 2nd night there were four BATS in our room can you imagine BATS in room yes I have proof also with video,after calling them they removed it but again next day same stories for that also I have proof,at check out when I wanted answers for this his intense literally this 1* grade manager did a phone call reason and left the desk....every time we had to struggle for service ,in room dinning 122 dial code was literally shut during heavy orders...my kid literally had our food and slept...at end no sorry from Mr Zaheer during check out,bad service guys don’t get conned and go here especially with kids really unsafe ...

We cannot even express how terrible the room service has been during our stay. No one picks up the intercom. Then they take a minimum of 60-70 minutes to even get coffee. By the time food arrives it's freezing cold. We were 10 people together and every single time we ordered food by room service we received only 2 plates with 2 sets of cutlery. We had to practically argue with them to get us more number of plates and then they arrived with disposable plates and cutlery.

We are utterly shocked and surprised by the service this time around. At the breakfast buffet there were literally 5 other people at least yelling at the manager for the service. Being sold out over the weekend cannot be any reason to provide such a bad service especially when it claims to be a 5 star hotel.

Also, the room cleaning service was not even provided on both days. The extra bed provided was without pillows and no bedding.

At the check in time we were asked to go to our provided rooms with key cards that didn't work. So they asked us to wait till 5 pm since 2 pm for their portal to show the room is checked in for the key card to work.

We would rate it with our current stay a 0 star hotel.
