1. we had booked 3 rooms on 19sep for 1 night. when we reached at reception we had to wait for 45 mins as the person at reception I guess his name was sarfaraz was not able to get our booking details we provided him with confirmation number but yet he could not trace our booking further I told him to contact Ms. kanika of their sales team as our booking was confirmed by her but they could not even contact her. we told him give us the rooms and do your process and we assured him that if you don't find our payment done we will do it but it was denied by him thus sadly we did no have any option other than wait till those guys find our booking confirmation.

2. after long wait we were finally checked in. room were poorly maintained there was no proper sanitization done. in room no. 287A there were no towels no floor mat the head board behind the bed was very dirty seems they had not cleaned since years phone in the room was also not working. in room no. 287B they had kept used comb and bathrobe in room outside lights were also not working. in both the above mentioned rooms t. v. was not working and when informed the reception they sent person to check after 1 hour but he could not solve the issue and later next day morning person came to change the t.v. at the time of check out. I have all the pics and videos supporting my above mentioned things.

3. most important thing they do no give priority to guest privacy. in our room no 288A on the morning of 20september housekeeping staff entered the room without my permission with their master key. the female in that room was changing4. and they just entered without consent. I feel it's not safe to stay with or without family in aamby valley. when we urged to see their senior one Mr. Jimmy was sent he assured us that he will look into the matter and get back to us by the day end but till today no contact is done by him so I think they all at aamby valley are fake and do not stand by their commitment.

4. at the entrance they do sanitization of car they urge us to fill self declaration form all this is show off I feel as the chef who cooks at the restaurant does not wear mask or gloves. and no social distancing is maintained.

thus guys think hundred times before going as u think u r going for holiday or to relax you will end up calling reception and housekeeping whole day to make up defects in your room.

We neended a break amid this pandemic and wanted to breathe fresh air without mask and that's how we decided to go to Aamby Valley City.
A place where they are taking all precautions to make sure of your safety.

At woodpecker, we had a great experience. Many thanks to Mr. Rajendra and Mr. Lumrito. They both were very attentive and humble.

It was a much needed break for all of us.

A must visit place away from this hassel and concrete jungle, which is safe and secure in today's situation as well.

I have never scene thie kind of stubbornness from a resort. Being a frequent traveller I was shocked to see that outside liquor is not allowed and one has to buy from them at higher price. This is pathetic and in simple terms looting. If I knew that the liquor from outside is not allowed, would have never visited this place. Please avoid this place is my view.
