How to have fun in vegas when you can barely walk!

Review of Paris Las Vegas
Reviewed Jul 7, 2022via mobile
My family sent the two of us to vegas a few days to cheer me up for my birthday because i had been injured and my back and my knees were really bad and quite painful but there is plenty to do there even if you dont gamble !
We got a wheelchair for the flight because i could barely walk a half mile and for getting around once we got there .
and even though im not really used to using one because my condition was temporarly i managed to navagate everyrhing just fine ( with a little help from my friends lol )
one thing is the great shows, they dont have to be superstars , Zombie Burlesque was fantastic and only a bit naughty and cheap lol or maybe thats me hahaha and it was great fun to just check out the lobbies of all the gorgeous hotels and casinos within wheeling distance
so i could see the ones ive been hearing about my whole life.and the are gorgeous!
None were as sordid or tawdry as i expected lol once again that could be me hahaha . They actuall ARE all really glamerous in that area
The Paris is in a giant dome of perpetual dusk and pretty much everything you need is right there .

We got around walking and rocking and rolling in my chair despite my inexperience and i got wonderful photos of the marvelous achitecture all around me ! Theres some amazing shots to be had , and i mean pics ( this time lol) It was a great birthday .

But it was when people were just starting to venture out. I cannot vouch for getting around and trying to keep a safe distance at this point in time but then there were mostly masks and we found it quite easy to keep a safe distance from others by not asking them to move away from us which is quite confrontational and people are pretty stressed these days so you just move yourself further away .
Its not rocket surgury lol . Nor is it brain science . Wait , maybe its a bit of that !
But i find it wiser to move myself than to ask anyone else to move always . it is safer and more polite in my opinion in this day and age to avoid confrontation whenever you can . Thanks for reading ,Sherry

I was so amped for this hotel since the property is amazing. Valet service was great and so where the bellman. Where we ran into issues was at the front desk. We were greeted by a super condescending gentleman who had told us our room would be ready at 3pm. Which was not the case. We had to wait until 430 to get our rooms. Which I completely understand.. It was a circus in the lobby. But I could have definitely gone without the attitude from the front desk. While we waited we hit the slot machines and the restaurant. I think we got asked for our ID's a good six times from different employees to see if we weren't underage. It was a bit strange considering we are all close to our thirties. But again, I understand why they do it but it was super intrusive.
Finally, the room was incredible. Definitely worth the wait. Super clean, comfortable. The pool was awesome too. I definitely recommend it here but for sure, pack some patience with you.

Nice views on the Eiffel Tower side. Room decor and comfort is 4.7 and the bathroom is roomy. The water has a smell. The casino has a smokey scent. The breakfast at the Americano is fantastic! The Eiffel Tower restaurant is 5.0!!! High quality restaurant!

Really pleasant stay at the Paris Las Vegas. Room was large, staff was great. Nancy from the rewards center and Ronisha from the diamond check in went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was a pleasant one. Stayed at numerous hotels on the strip before. I would definitely come back to the Paris!

My main complaint is that the carpeting in the room was really dirty/stained. The pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m., unlike other casinos with longer hours. When you walk into the hotel, you walk directly into the casino. The lobby is off to the right and not nearly as nice as other hotels. What I did like was the bathroom in the room.

Long story short: We stayed at Paris Las Vegas last month and rented two rooms. One for 7 days and family 5 days. The rooms were unkept with stains, dirt and dust. They looked like they were trashed and beds/toiletries were the only things done. We ended up having an allergic reaction: itching and rashes through out the stay and lasted for a couple days after we returned. Great way to spend an anniversary! We sent a complaint detailing the issue with pictures and videos, timeline of events and service. We received a message from Caesars customer service, Monique, gave me a generic response, blames Housekeeping and then proceeded to blame us and said we refused treatment. That wasn’t the case!! We filed a report with the EMT and followed his recommendations. The issue was escalated and a couple days later we received a call from Curtis, a Supervisor or Manager who handles issues. He apologized for the lack of service and said he’d make it right. CURTIS said he’d have Paris Las Vegas refund the resort fees for our ENTIRE stay and to expect the refund Within a week or two. Two days later I received $104.20!?? That is far less than what I was told to expect from Paris Las Vegas! We were there a full week and my MIL 5 days!! I tried reaching Curtis regarding the refund. When I called the number Curtis called from no one seems to be able to connect me with the right person. Go figure. Ghosted. No response back from him or anyone else. It was too much to expect this hotel to keep their word and follow through. Save your money. If the price seems too good to be true, beware. I have plenty of pictures of the filth that I’m willing to share. Just ask. Stay away from this overhyped motel.
