Best vacation ever

We had the best week at Coconut Bay! I never booked an all inclusive, the food at every restaurant was amazing! We are big coffee drinkers, and the all day coffee bar with afternoon fresh cookies and cakes was a huge plus. The staff was so attentive and friendly, shout out to Nature in the restaurant and Tiffany who booked our excursion, both of which we had many conversations and made us feel like we made lifelong friends. The other guests are also so friendly and we had a great time meeting new friends. We stayed on Harmony side and the sunrise view was stunning. I spent time in each of the pools, loved the splash side for exercise and Harmony to relax. I injured my foot and had two massages at the spa which were both incredible. Looking forward to returning.

Amazing Coconut Bay

We had a fantastic 7 days here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The transfer from the airport was quick and easy, as was check in. We had a room on the Harmony side and really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. Everything was cleaned daily by the wonderful Star and towels were always fresh and plentiful. The only downside of the room were the sheets - they were worn and rough, but still slept well. The grounds were so lovely and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the Harmony pool and beach daily and always found a place to sit and plenty of beach towels. The food was excellent. We loved the breakfasts at both the buffet and on the Veranda. The buffets had tons of options at lunch and dinner and they always had new offerings, which was very nice. The staff was wonderful also. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this amazing resort and hope to return in the future.

Fantastic November getaway!

Three couples went searching for a November getaway and found Coconut Bay. We enjoyed every minute. Great amenities. The fantastic weather was a big help too.

Every staff member we engaged with was great, but a special shoutout to ...
Nature - first week on the job but very helpful.
Edward - great bartender!! He knows his stuff.
Vernon - my wife absolutely loved the yoga and Aquafit classes.

Went to all of the a la cartes but thoroughly enjoyed Calabash and Trattoria (the tenderloin and the lamb shank ... wow). And the food at the Jerk Tree House is outstanding (3 lunches!!).

We stayed on the Adult side but did the water slide and the lazy river. Got us thinking about a return visit with the kids and grandkids.

Great resort - family friendly

My family and I visited the resort over Thanksgiving week. There were 12 of us, ages from 7 -75 yrs. We all had a great time. Although the resort was mostly sold out, it never felt crowded. There were food options all day long beginning at 7am until 1am. Several pools to pick from, water slides, a lazy river, and a gorgeous beach. We chose to eat at Calabash, Silk, and La Trattoria. All the specialty meals were great. My mom and her friend did stay on the Harmony side and reported that the elevator was out of service for at least a day. Luckily, they were only the 2nd floor. The food in the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was great. Never much of a wait at the grill or any other of the stations where the food was made to order. I loved the system at Flip Flops (pool side grill) - you put your order in and received a beeper. The food is made to order and when it's ready, your beeper goes off. You go back and they hand you your food. There's a burger hut on the beach as well as a bar so you could hang there all day without having to walk back and forth - a great set up in my opinion. The rooms were clean and comfortable, not super updated but I did notice that a few rooms looked to be in the process of being revamped. We weren't really in our rooms much except to sleep and get ready for dinner. Overall, we really had a great time and would recommend this resort to others.

The place to go

The views were stunning the hotel location was first rate and the food excellent. The staff were amazing they could't do enough to make the holiday memorable. Most relaxing place to just kick back and watch the world go by.
