Well appointed and well placed hotel/motel with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly and welcoming staff. Affordable prices and the restaurant offers a wide variety of well cooked meals. Certainly will be coming back to stay again.

The bed was so comfortable actually wanted to bring it home with me. Plenty of room, bathroom very big even the bath was seperate from the shower, staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Stayed for 1 night for business.
Check in experience was very poor; I was in a large van and it didn't fit the height restriction on the main entrance, so after checking in I said I'd reverse out of the driveway and park on the street overnight. The check in person didn't mention to me that the property has other entrances without height restrictions. It wasn't until after I parked down the other end of the street and lugged all my bags to my room that I saw the additional entrances. Also nothing was mentioned to me at check in about breakfast which I paid for in advance. I asked the restaurant staff at dinner time but they weren't able to tell me specifics (such as the hours for breakfast)
The room I was allocated was different to the room I booked, I ended up being put in a 2 bedroom unit and it wasn't as nice as the pictures of the premium queen room I actually booked. They mentioned tea and coffee facilities however their was no milk provided in the fridge which was disappointing.
Also make sure you bring your own soap for the shower as none was provided. (Shampoo and conditioner was however)
I will admit the room was very clean. Keep up the great work housekeeping team.
I'll also touch on the restaurant, dinner service was a bit disappointing. Took 45 minutes to receive my mains, it seemed the kitchen was focusing on 1 table at a time and unfortunately the table before me was a large table of 8.
Food was good once it finally arrived. I was going to get dessert but the servers were too busy chatting behind the bar and after waiting 10 minutes for one of them to ask if I wanted dessert, I gave up settled the bill and called it a night.
Breakfast the next morning was much better, the server was very attentive and very friendly.
The person who served me at check out was a million times better than check in and provided great customer service!
All in all, I'd say this was an average stay and I will probably look elsewhere for my next stay in Warrnambool.

Thank you for your review, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and I am so sorry you did not experience this. I will address the staff training on these issues. We aim to have experienced staff working with our newer staff but unfortunately this wasn't the case on that night. There is bar soap in the vanity cupboard, milk is provided and should have been in your fridge, again this is a training issue, I need to raise this with housekeeping. I am glad you enjoyed your dinner. The kitchen also cater for room service and work on those orders as well as the restaurant. I do agree though, 45 minutes is an unusually long wait. I am grateful for your comprehensive, helpful review, thank you. If you return to Warrnambool it would be great if you could give us a second chance. Raj

Booked in for business, cannot fault my stay or the staff. Was greeted at reception with a professional approach, smile and everything you want to hear when booking in.
Room was fantastic and the menu sensational( the Rib Eye is a must.)
The restuarant staff were respectful and very courteous. Highly recommend to stay here.
Room tip: All Good. Enjoy the quietness.

One night only stay.
Very good facilities.
Good television reception despite poor weather conditions
