Thank you for your review, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and I am so sorry you did not experience this. I will address the staff training on these issues. We aim to have experienced staff working with our newer staff but unfortunately this wasn't the case on that night. There is bar soap in the vanity cupboard, milk is provided and should have been in your fridge, again this is a training issue, I need to raise this with housekeeping. I am glad you enjoyed your dinner. The kitchen also cater for room service and work on those orders as well as the restaurant. I do agree though, 45 minutes is an unusually long wait. I am grateful for your comprehensive, helpful review, thank you. If you return to Warrnambool it would be great if you could give us a second chance. Raj
