I was staying on the 4th floor in a room facing the street. Apart from one night, when somebody played the trumpet rather loud, noise wasn’t a problem at all. The room had all necessary amenities and everything was in working order, including air condition and the safe. However, if I was to stay at the hotel again I certainly would look for a room with balcony facing the sea as the view seems stunning. There’s a rooftop terrace, where I really enjoyed spending time, watching people at the beach, and the sunset. The hotel has its age but is well maintained. The lift behaves slightly peculiar; it tends to jump before the door opens. Some fellow hotel guests and myself got a little fright when using it the first time. All staff have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay – many thanks! The hotel is located directly at the beach but the masses seem to prefer to stay a bit further up and down the beach. There is a nice restaurant (Coco’s Kitchen) around the corner with great breakfast options, little grocery stores are plenty and it never was a problem to flag down a taxi in the area, no matter what time of day.
