The bad experience started with the receptionist who doesn’t know her job, she asked us to pick up the extra bed from the storage since she feels tired and not in the mood; than our booking included the parking which was not available once checkin, adding to that their manager who was angry because we claimed for our connected room a request which was not respected.
As a summary of their unprofessional behavior and race discrimination; he entered our room without permission and when we went to pick up our luggage from the car we were shocked that he canceled our reservation with an excuse of non show.
He asked us to raise a claim to booking.com platform used for reservation and after all he refused to refund our money.
So disappointing this is not the Swiss hospitality, we wonder how they can have the permit to open.
