Welcoming, peaceful, helpful

My partner and I stayed here for one night and I personally think this it was the best part of our Italy vacation, not to mention very affordable. We were welcomed with coffee, and a lovely tour of the hotel. Patrizia and Paolo scheduled a prompt cab from the the airport, booked us an excursion to Pompeii which picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off at the train station after. Paolo gave us an excellent suggested plan for the day which helped us feel less overwhelmed in a big, busy city. Great Pizza and gelato nearby. The Bnb has easy access to both the funnicular and metro train which made it easy for us to explore a great deal of the city in just 2 days. Breakfast was included and we were given a menu to order what we desired. The hotel is cozy and ornate with a cute, homey feel. Paolo and Patrizia treated us like family. Thank you!

My family and I stayed here and occupied 7 of the rooms. Each room was outstanding! What stood out the most, however, was Paolo and Patrizia’s fantastic service! They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care, from organizing transportation, solving issues with the room immediately, personalizing our incredible breakfast and recommending some top notch local places to eat. Everything was absolutely perfect! A great place to stay!

A wonderful stay. Patrizia and Paolo were welcoming and made the arrival process simple, from helping arrange parking to check-in. They went above to ensure our family was well accommodated and could not have been sweeter with our son. We wish we had stayed in Naples longer, as it was a perfect location to explore and have a sense of home in the city. We will return to Weekend a Napoli in future travels.

This B and B is not located in an upmarket area of Naples. It is situated at the corner of what can only be described as a
run down area. The garden area was overgrown and inaccessible. On arrival we were met by Paolo who requested that we
complete our breakfast request sheet, that applied all week, unless you messaged the owner, which we did on a couple of occasions.
The breakfast was poor. The Italians have great bread, but we were supplied with very thin small slices of toast and two slices of rye bread. The cornflake portion was minute. I ordered an omelette on the first day which was rolled and no bigger than a large cigar.
There is a small kitchen in the suite (photo attached of sponge and container) - in the COVID climate a new one should have been provided.
The bathroom was very small in the “ Pompeii Suite” and if you want to use the spa bath two hours notice is required. To be fair it is unnecessary. There is one window in the bedroom area and one in the spa room, so very little natural light in the suite. Upon booking that room a free trip to Pompeii appears part of the deal, however this is for one person only, and the cost is 60 euros for the other person. The owner readily provides metro tickets at a reduced rate and the premises are close to two metro stations. When we settled our bill on the last morning, having paid for the room on arrival, the owner asked if we wanted to go to a nearby restaurant for our last night. We asked if we could let him know in thirty minutes. He agreed and my wife messaged him and asked him to book it. However, I suspect because we had not praised his accommodation upon paying the bill, he did not reply, rather strange, as he had always replied promptly when we wanted to purchase metro passes!! He also tried to arrange a trip to the Amalfi coast which we declined and he appeared not to approve or understand that we did not wish to spend 4 hours of a day travelling in a minibus.
I have read other excellent reviews and can only assume their stays have been short, or, they are easily pleased. We have stayed at numerous other properties in Europe and the breakfast provided is without doubt the worse we have experienced.
As the title suggests stay for a couple of days, if you wish, but not a week.

Dear Sirs, we are sorry that you did not like your stay with us, but we are probably not part of the "standard" hotel range where you can find the classic international "breakfast", but our breakfast varies according to the customer's tastes. and also with homemade desserts. As for the area, we would like to point out that we are in the heart of Vomero - recognized not by us but by the main guides and magazines of the sector - as an exclusive area, among other things served by the main means of transport that connect the hill with the rest of the city. As for the rooms, the light in the Pompei suite is deliberately soft, the use of the tub - which is actually a mini pool - has a technical preparation time and is all designed in compliance with the historic Art Nouveau building. in which the Weekend in Naples is located. Finally, we thought we would like to do something pleasant in organizing the trip on the coast, a pearl that the whole world envies us is that it is worth the time spent on the trip, even this is not our consideration. In any case, we would have been happy to satisfy your requests on breakfast and more and if you would have pointed this out to us we would have done everything in our power to satisfy you, since "cared for and pampered" is not just a slogan for us, and we regret having discovered only through your review the "problems" encountered, since for us this is not just a job, but a passion. The same one that made us neglect to reply to your message - we were taking care of other guests - but we had made the reservation at the restaurant, too bad you didn't go to try a cuisine that we are sure you would have liked. Having said that, we thank you for your presence and your opinion .

Our first trip to this wonderful city - made all the more special by the wonderful hosts - Patrizia & Paolo. The location of this charming property is great, a little side street in the leafy Vomero neighbourhood, a short walk from Vanvitelli station. Good selection of restaurants, bars and shops in the nearby vicinity.

We opted for a junior suite (split level), which had ample room; air-con was good; breakfast ample and freshly prepared. The owners were extremely helpful with tips, directions and the restaurant recommendations were really spot on (one a local pizzeria, the other traditional Neapolitan cuisine).

Thank you Patrizia & Paolo - we look forward to seeing you next time!

Not only this place is gorgeous and cozy , but their hosts happen to be the nicest Italians you’ll meet. Every detail is well thought, good advices and small but thoughtful attentions are given by Patrizia and Paolo. Recommend 100% for a friends/family or solo trip in Napoli.
