Our room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. For the area the rates are great, we were stopping for the night on the way through to Mont Sainte Anne and didn't want to pay the typical $200 plus a night rates.

Great for exactly what it is-- an uncomplicated stay while on the road/ brief visit to Montreal when you don't need to stay downtown (although highly recommended). Lots of towels. They don't give you conditioner in the room but you can probably ask for some. Breakfast is small with limited seating but a good and convenient start to the day. Rooms were clean and spacious with a good amount of storage for a one or two night stay.
Location if you are looking for things to do is not good-- no restaurants or malls or attractions nearby. Downtown is a 15-20 min drive. But good if you are passing through or dont mind driving in to town.

I stayed here recently with conference group for three nights. The rooms were small but clean. The beds were very comfortable although with a conference I didn't get very much time in them. The staff seemed friendly, although they didn't engage, I'm assuming because they don't speak English. The breakfast was average, I would have liked to have seen something hot as an option besides the waffle. And not having an elevator, to me is unacceptable in this day. I suffer from tendinitis, and my roommate is recovering from a motorcycle accident. So to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs is not a great first impression for the hotel. Beware of that.
