We stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting Montreal during Grand Prix week. The hotel is located approx 10 minutes away from the island that Montreal is situated on, but is very convenient to the city and much cheaper than staying downtown if you have a car.

Finding the hotel in the middle of the night was quite a challenge, with poor lighting and motorway signage causing quite a few wrong turns and delaying us over an hour. We rang the hotel and a very helpful man gave us instructions on where the hotel was, and we found our way there fairly easily once we know how (although the hotel is situated behind a service station and we drove into the car wash by accident trying to find the hotel car parking!).

The hotel is clean, comfortable and very quiet despite being located near the motorway. There are no lifts so if you are on the second floor be prepared to lug your cases up the stairs. Breakfast is offered for $3 per person, whereby you go to reception and take a selection of cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, coffee etc... back to your room. It was very good value.

We drove to Place Versailles just 10 minutes away under the tunnel and parked there for free each day, taking the Metro to the city. It was much easier than driving and parking in the city.

I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Montreal.
