The hotel is older. Two story building with no elevator. The is not an exercise room or a guest laundry. I needed to leave before 6:30 AM. Breakfast does not start until 6:30 AM. They have the door to the Breakfast room locked, They did not give me anything even when I asked.

Overall a very nice reasonably priced hotel, a ten minute drive or a 20.00 taxi to the Longueil metro or 35.00 from downtown I stayed there for the Canadian Grand Prix weekend and even the worst hotels in Montreal were obscenely over priced. This hotel provided a peaceful retreat from the bustle of downtown at a fraction of the price.

I gave this place 5 stars because everything you expect is there and the staff (Cynthia) was very friendly and helpful about the area and questions we had.
It is out of the way, you'll need a car. In that same retrospect it is a very quick drive to downtown.

In a nice location for my work, I wouldn't suggest it to see Montreal: it is close as by car and by public transport, but beware of the commuting traffic.
For the rest nice place, clean room lots of parking space, free wifi(not the fastest, but workin).
Breakfast is on the essential side, free coffe anytime.

Its an average comfort inn. Located near (5min drive) from a power center for shopping. This location is quiet. It is convenient if you are staying on the south shore, if you are going to go to the island of Montreal, traffic in the morning will be a pain. The breakfast was average but the internet is far from being ''high speed''...
