We have just come back from our 10 day stay at this hotel. It was amazing. What made it particularly amazing was the attention to detail from the wonderful staff be it the gardeners, cleaning staff, waiting staff, Chefs or client service. We would like to give special thanks to Hassim Omri guest relations Manager who made our stay unforgettable and our cleaner Mahmoud who made our room delightful without fail every day. The Spa is also a must where Mary will work her magic on you. We are already looking at booking our return trip.

Was here in the end of July with wife and friends. The good things: The hotel is very nice, rooms and surroundings are very clean, good air conditioning, ok wireless, rooms are very big, there are 3 swimming pools and one is for adults only ( very nice), beach is clean, nice sand, the hotel has a bridge that goes beyond the coral reef where you can swim and do snorkelling, waters are crystal clear and it’s a lot of fish.
The bad : food is mediocre at best,my wife cath a stomach disease but they treated her very good at the clinic, they close the swimming pools at 18:00, you have to pay for every imported beer or alcohol but it’s very expensive( 5 dollars Heineken), personal of the hotel like the ones that sell you services like scuba diving, trips, massage, are a little bit to pushy to make you pay for the services ( they come to you daily to sell you the services ).
Still a nice experience, I can recommend the hotel.

Pros

Very pleasant staff who made the effort to answer queries and making us feel comfortable and welcomed. In particular Mita for her professional massage and good conversation at the spa, Mohammed and Aziz at the stage bar for quick response to the drinks we order , the Lady from guest services who calls every other day to check if we needed anything, the entertainment team for spreading laughs and morning activities, Mohammed & Sameh at the reception desk for their help with speedy check-in , Hassan from room services for keeping our rooms clean, Mahmoud from the Italian restaurants for his kindness and smile and Samir from Quad bikes who arranged for our safari bike rides at our convenience , very funny lad. Finally, Mina and Ahmed at the Palm restaurant for their hard work cleaning tables and responding to guests' requests. We got the all inclusive package. Food was very good. A lot of varieties and very tasty. Something for everybody and quickly replacing empty trays. Pool is kept clean at all times. Staff always helped us find a space to sit. As for the beach, once you cross the corals' area...it is lovely for relaxing. You just want to stay there forever. Also, lot of people were enjoying themselves snorkeling close to carols ( was not our thing) . Life guards were closeby at all times. Different show every night for entertainment ( Latino, Arabic, Michael Jackson....etc) and additional live music at dinner time on selective nights ( just close to the open air area in main restaurant) . It was really adorable.

Cons

The shopping mall could do with a lot of upgrade. Shame such a wasted chance to do good business. I went to buy a cotton t-shirt and was surprised by the limited options. Did not buy any. Souvenir shops are okay but nothing really 'wow'. Some of the products are quit old. Remember that tourists (and locals) are not there to buy brands ... they are more attracted to authentic, Egyptian flavored products. The rooms are clean but for a 5 /6 stars hotel, the furniture and shower room can do with a bit of upgrade.
