We were told to take mosquito spray, never saw a mosquito or any other bug all 2 weeks. Food was much better than any other all inclusive that we have stayed in before.
Rooms are clean and housekeeping serviced every day. Staff are very friendly, made our stay very enjoyable, special thanks to Miriam and Juan in the Jaal-Ha Buffet.
Also our concierge Yesica was very helpful with information about the hotel and booking our alacart dinners. Happy staff means there must be good managment.
Definitely will stay there again.

This is my first time there, recommenced by a friend for which I would recommended.
Most everything was positive, there were a couple things that were negative for the report, but I hear it happens everywhere.[ people picking lawn chairs at 5-6 am, not many left at 8-9am]
Buffets were overall good, Italian alacarte was mediocre and small.
Snack shack buffet was good,
Main buffet was overall good, but when they had there Mexican theme night, it was not as good.

This hotel is food poisoning capital of Mexico, We booked from Feb 2-Feb11,2020, we all got sick and have to seek medical treatment, and my wife got food poison again for second time, I have to make a trip to town for more mediation.There is NO BEACH, full of mud and rocks in the water, and sand full of broken shells and seaweed, we had to go to next door resort for swimming, There is not enough umbrella and lawn chair, some of the reserved for their VIP, you will bake in the sun,if lucky to find a chair, that is why people put their towels at 7 AM, From building to reception if far, must travel by golf cart, it comes every 15 minutes and often refuse to pick you up, excuse for VIP, They stop running at 10:30 Pm, if you feel tired or tipsy good luck to get back to your room, They do not have proper signage on walkways, I had excursion for early morning, they shut down their light from 4 Am it is pitch dark. I fell down and wondering who is going to help me surrounded by wild animals. Booked excursion did not redound due to my wife's condition. They do not wash their dishes properly, specially the swing bar, they rinse the cup from last guess and serve to the next guess. THIS PLACE IS FOCUS ON SELLING THEIR ROOMS TO NEW ARRIVALS WITHOUT EXPLAINING THE REASONS OF MEETING. ABSOLUTE SCAM, CHARGE YOU FOR ROOM SERVICE. THEY WANT TO CHARGE $50TO A GUESS FOR VOMITING ON HIS SHEET DUE TO THE FOOD POISONING. FOR THOSE PEOPLE LOOKING FOR DISCO, DOESN'T EXIST.
