Nice place and very good restaurant , the activities here are fun and exciting and the staff is polite and nice. I would definitely come back again. There’s tennis, kayaking, and lots of more activities. Although being by the beach is one of the best things to do.

So, I just stayed here and overall, it was pretty decent. The hotel had all the cool stuff you'd expect, and I had a good time there. But, the security personnel, Joel, was a real bummer. He was super rude and didn't know how to talk to anyone, like guests or employees. It was a total buzzkill and kinda ruined my vibe. But, like, I'd still say the hotel is worth checking out if you're in Cancun.

This is my 5th trip to Cancun and Riviera Maya area. This time we stayed during the Christmas of 2022.
1) The room is small, but clean, new, and come with a jacuzzi outside at the balcony.
2) WiFi is weak.
3) Food quality is not up to par, and so was the lack of varieties.
4) 1st time ever, No FRESH MANGO! The hotel is so penny pinching that a tropical hotel could not afford tropical fruit MANGO!!
5) We checked a couple days before Christmas and paid the full exorbitant prices through Christmas . However, on Christmas Eve, they host a reception outside the arrival door with fresh coconuts, only for guest that checked in on that afternoon. For existing guest, NO Coconuts!! How CHEAP is the hotel and the staff ?!!
6) Most of the restaurants require reservation for dinner. Guess what?! They are ALL FULL for next 3 nights!
7) At the sister hotel GR Solaris Cancun, the male staff at Reservation Desk is so stupid and arrogant. At 6pm, he arrived at the desk with a BAD FACE starting to take reservations. But only the first 2 guests get a spot somewhere, and at 6:03pm, no more seats. Instead of telling the rest 20+ customers queuing about no more reservation for that night, he waited for them one at a time to tell them. After some customers figured out, and school him on this, the male staff got angry! As he confronted 10+ angry customers, he finally walked away.
This occurred at 6pm December 23 , 2022.

This was an amazing resort for families, however my boyfriend and I came for a couples trip. There was a mix of couples and families but overall a family resort. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The food was not the best- however the service that the staff showed felt like we were at a 5 star michelin restaurant. We unfortunately were not able to swim in the sea due to the currents but the pool area was always a fun time with multiple activities. HUGE shoutout to Ghino and Nancy- thank you both for helping us navigate Cancun and being there to answer any questions we had!

As a guest of a member we received first class service. Better drinks, seats, menus, and rooms with jacuzzi! - The nightly performances in the auditorium were the best. The entertainment crew was professional and so polite and very talented and talkative! Danielle and the dancers were top notch professional performers and Eduardo the MC of Jazz was excellent! Three different resorts to choose from with a shuttle service. Once we figured out how to use the elevators we were glad we didn’t have to climb the steps every where. Be ready to walk a bunch and bring your ear plugs as the pool music and games, etc. are loud! The jacuzzi next door is the best. The beaches are amazing and you can walk for miles.
It makes us feel proud to read that you found our food, drinks and entertainment to be top notch and we appreciate knowing that the staff provided you with an incredible customer service and that they were always friendly and attentive to your needs.
