I would 10/10 recommend getting a massage here. My masseuse Jane was amazing. I did not feel rushed at all. God bless you for your wonderful work and knack for excellence. I highly recommend this spa..

Lots of shout outs to so many wonderful staff members, please know that it is not just these few, everyone at the resort was amazing. Had a great 15 days!!!
Entertainment staff: Alexis, Oliver & Edard great guys, loved the Rock & Roll party, the beach balls were a great very inexpensive way to get everyone in the pool interacting. Would love to see more of that on a daily basis, not just while the band is there. Had some massages while there and of course never let me down, special acknowledgement to Karen, Benita & Yane!!!! Wonderful job by all!!!
Can't forget the best bartenders ever Juvenal & Christian, unfortunately Juvenal went on vacation for part of our stay but always took great care of us. Waitresses at the pool bar, Ariadna & Laura Pat, these girls are rock stars & go above & beyond to keep guests happy.

I visited with my partner, 2 children (10 months and 2 years old) and my parents and we all love it!!! The pools are great and the girls (Majo, Cristi, Eli and Dafne) working in the children area are always helpful, playful and fun! The slides 🛝 are so much fun 🤩. The hotel is lovely and rooms are good size. The only thing is the food is good but I would say it needs a bit more variety apart from that everything was very good. I would definitely stay there again

When visiting Royal Solaris in Cancun, sit in Omar’s section. Friendly, conscientious waiter. Remembers your name and your drink. Very personable guy.
We are frequent visitors to Solaris and always sit in Omar’s section.

We booked and had to cancel due to illness. Did so within 14 days. The promised to return deposit but then disappeared - stopped responding to emails to any accounts, they phones go to voicemail. Extremely shady company. STAY AWAY.

We absolutely are enjoying our vacation. Food is great, rooms are good to. Service at all the restaurants are awesome. Service for the rooms are awesome they bring anything to you right away.
