This is a solo trip for me celebrating my Birthday. The day of my Birthday I went to visit the spa. When I tell you Ronisha hands are blessed. So was amazing I loved everything the massage 💆🏾♀️ the body scrub I will visit again before I leave. Maria was a doll she was so nice and patient with me.

My family and I spent the most amazing two weeks in the absolutely stunning hotel.
The staff were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained.
The food was tasty, I would have liked to have had Roti and oil down on the menu a bit more as they’re my favourites.
In a few occasions the ice cream was a bit too soft/runny.
I loved the surroundings beautiful beach we spent lots of memorable time there,
The entertainment was also very good.
We had a lovely time.

We had an amazing stay here in April. It was great.
Before arrival I was a bit concerned about the proximity of the airport. For block 15 It was not a problem.
On arrival I wasn’t impressed when we got to our room and the air con had been left on 16 degrees and everything was wet from condensation. I also wasn’t happy when the person showing us our room said we would have to sort out the missing TV remote and non operational room safe. After a long flight a guest doesn’t expect to have to sort issues. After a brief chat the person gave the right response and said they would contact the right people and get it sorted. And shortly after it was.
All of the other experiences were great, just a couple of rocky moments at the start.
We were in block 15 with seafront views and they were amazing.
We enjoyed eating in all of the restaurants. The children liked the buffet the most and then the beach bar second. The Indian is also a really good place. Pretty high standard of food, and that’s where we experienced our best service.
We enjoyed snorkelling on the house reef and seeing lots of reef fish and an eel. We enjoyed the catamaran ride out but didn’t spot any turtles.
We enjoyed being on the beach beside the water sports centre. We enjoyed the pool beside the diamond club pool. The WiFi is great and when we retreated to our room for siesta or a sun break the kids were happy on their games.
The air con in the gym was broken but we still used it four times and the people running it were great and very welcoming.
I loved the coffee shop for ice creams and sweet treats, service was great here too.
I loved seeing humming birds in the gardens.
One of my children liked the kids club but my older child wasn’t as interested.
We had an amazing stay.
Oh by the way, everything I read before hand said that Grenada uses the same plug as the UK. This hotel doesn’t. I was glad I took a US adapter.

Would not describe this as a luxury resort - it's dated, food was probably the worst of any all inclusive we've ever been to and being in the Diamond Club in a "presidential" 1 bedroom suite really did not improve the experience. Beach was ok, entertainment also ok.

Shinique was the best bartender with the most amazing special cocktail imaginable. If she ever serves you please try her special. If you like tequila and grenadine then this is your drink of choice. Please don’t knock it until you have tried it !
