Despite heavy use this hotel remains #1 on my most visited airport hotel list. The staff is outstanding. The rooms are small but immaculate and comfortable. they are well maintained and everything works. The beds are comfy. The breakfast is absolutely the best. We have stayed here many times over the years and I am always impressed.
My only minor disappointment is that they no longer have their own dedicated shuttle, but I give special honorary mention to Mustafa (the shuttle driver) who defused a very difficult situation with a very nasty client. Kudos to Mustafa!

The staff was very professional and welcoming at reception, the bar, and at breakfast. We were particularly happy that breakfast was served from 4 AM, as we had a fairly early flight. The hotel is close to the train station (about 15 minutes to central Zurich), especially if you exit from the far end of the platforms and cut through the hotel parking lot - the more obvious route is a longer walk. Highly recommend.

Check in was very unprofessional. The biggest problem was that online it state they have a free shuttle service( one of the main reasons I booked this hotel ) but when we got to the reception we were told it coasts 5 chf to ride and you must have a reservation. No where was I told about this. The bigger problem was we were told that all the morning shuttles were full and we had to find our own way to the airport at 5am. I am very disappointed and if possible avoid this hotel for for you visits. It is not worth the time or effort they are awful!!!!!!
