A fantastic hotel and we had a wonderful experience staying there. From John, the driver who collected us from the airport, through to Joyce, Monica, Sossy and others in the restaurant, the wonderful team by the pool (Hi Christopher!) and the room staff, gardeners and security - what a friendly, organised and happy team! We really wanted for nothing.
We visited with our 18 month old daughter and spent 6 glorious days at the hotel at the end of May. We were relaxing by the pool, chilling on the beach, eating the most fabulous food and I also had one of the best massages I ever had.
Our daughter had the time of her life - thank you to all chefs particularly for being to friendly and kind to her, and for making her off menu lunch everyday. And to the restaurant staff who were always interacting with her and playing with her. You all made our trip so much fun and so memorable.
The site is beautiful, the gardens are stunning but the best thing about Serena is the staff. They really are outstanding - authentic, kind, helpful and so full of happiness and energy! Thank you all very much.

We were party of 9 family and friends adults.

We had come to a destination wedding hosted at Serena Beach Hotel. Our experience at the hotel was amazing. Most of the time was spent during the wedding functions but we also had time to chill using the facilities. The wedding could not have been hosted at a better hotel.

Our rooms were lovely, the facilities were great and the layout of the hotel was wide at the beach front, which allowed privacy and did not feel crowded. The staff were amazing, helpful and polite.

The food was delicious, although sometimes you had to wait for freshly cooked parathas. Perhaps the hotel should put on 2 counters to serve popular dishes.

We would certainly recommended this hotel and would also return to it. Well done Serena!
