Have 3 types of room (classic room, royal suite, imperial suite). It's a glass flooring which you can see the sea under like a natural aquarium view, and have different facilities and services such as: massage spa - Thai-inspired, gym, kids club and have 4 different kinds of restaurant: Italian cuisine, beef steak, grilled buffet restaurant, fast food and buffet for breakfast.
I was stay there with my wife and a 2 years old girl 👧 Everything was unbelievable, clean , beautiful and fancy, And I can't forget the times we have spent when the sun ans sands were dancing in a fabulous view of persian gulf. The restaurant was good enough to my family. It had really kind and friendly staff and they brought me a children's bed when I asked. I really love it

The difference between this hotel and other hotels is that it is in the sea. A new experience of staying under a stylish hotel is waiting for you. But only disadvantage d’or this hotel is not close to downtown and for getting malls you should get taxi. There is restaurant close to the hotel with live music. Test it.

My wife and I have been in Toranj hotel for our honey moon. The staff were very polite and the weather was fantastic. We were sleeping on the ocean. The beautiful Persian Gulf was our host. The fabulous view of the Toranj and the Gulf was memorable. The hotel could prepare a really good settlement for you and your family. I suggest it strongly.

My partner and I were hoping to stay a few days in an overwater luxury bungalow. We tried to book online but couldn't because the website is crap. We asked our Iranian family to book for us and they couldn't ao we tried to go to reception They were rude and simply wouldn't answer our questions. The Iranian people are usually very kind d and helpfu and so I believe there are better places that deserve my money. If you want to be treated like a king do not go here.

The Toranj Marine Hotel offers you an exceptional experience of being close to nature and water. It lifts up the spirit; it gives you a sense of indescribable calmness and peace. The unique and special geographical location of Toranj Marine Hotel offers scenery with extraordinary beauty, including sunrise and sunset, tremendous view of the sea, waves, coral, green spaces, beach, etc. To attract migrating birds and the preservation of natural ecosystems, two artificial islands are constructed.

Having been to the Maldives, the Seychelles, Thailand and Malaysia, I came to this newly opened one of a kind hotel in Kish island not expecting much. Having paid the equivalent of 300 USD per day for 3 full- board nights, we decided to risk it. And now after 3 days I can definitely claim that I will be a frequent guest of this hotel in the future. Upon booking, you automatically become a VIP guest in Kish, with limousine pick up at the airport beside the plane staircase, VIP luggage collection, and limo transfer to the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and a full minibar are included in the booking. Reception and hotel personnel were excellent. Nearly 100 bungalows are well positioned over a coral reef with nearly 1000 meters of distance of the edge of high tide and low tide, nearly 1 meter difference in ocean depth. During low tide dozens of herons, egrets and other birds walk around the area in front of the bungalow terraces snatching fish. Truly amazing. Breakfast was unequivocally the best I have ever had anywhere in Iran. Every morning you would find something new to try out that you had missed the previous morning. Omelets, fresh melon smoothies, all different kinds of cheese, sweets, etc.......practically endless. And this is in Iran!! Lunch was also a buffet and was very very good. No extra charge for anything. The villa itself was modern and roomy. A nice split unit aircon, good quality bathroom amenities, a large bathtub and shower, excellent housekeeping, the spectacular ovean view with tortoises and fish swimming literally right in front of you in the balcony, something you can rarely see elsewhere. There are buggies to take you around the area in the summer heat, you can rent a car, they have a billiards room and seasport center, and the area is extremely peace and quiet at all times, no blaring music or construction noise anywhere. All in all I am awestruck that they have somehow managed to build and manage such a hotel on Iran. By the way the wifi is free and very fast considering Iran standards. Definitely 100 percent recommended. As I am writing this review, I am listening to the sound of the waves and the egrets scrambling around on the man-made island and wishing I never had to leave.

it's a really beautiful hotel with wonderful view, but it's a pity the hotel has been turned into a public place like a park, so noisy... Btw, the service and the quality of the food of their restaurant in the white building is terrible, i even got stone in my food...you can't believe you are in a five star hotel there. it's a good place to visit and take photo but it's not worth to pay such big amount of money to get accommodation there.

Despite the great decoration and the quiet environment you'll find the extremely rude staff who are desperate to have you at the hotel. The food is awful and the presentation disappointed us. We found a hair in the fries the waiter offered to change them for us but he didn't even apologize!!! Like it is pretty common and nothing has happened. no one seemed to care. I guess a five star hotel needs to care about all aspects of hospitality not only the fee range.

The hotel is one of best in its kinds. The rooms are located off-shore and there is an amazing view from the room window to the see and sunset. There are 3 types of view: - those who are having sunset - those who are having sea view - this who are having inner lake view
The best rooms are those who have sunset view in the sea. You can sit in the balcony and look at beautiful sunset. All rooms are having balcony but the view for inner lake side rooms are not special.
I recommend you book the sunset view room. It worth the price difference. And at the check-in, ask the reception to give one of these room numbers: - 169, 165 or 161 (for suit) - 171, 167 or 163 (for 2 beds room)
To reach rooms, there are electric vehicles operated by driver and they are available whenever you want them (by calling the reception).
But the negative point is the sound of these cars are too noisy specially at nights.
All rooms having a glass window at the floor which you can look at water below the room while you are sitting inside. Sometimes fishes are passing that makes the scene attractive.
All rooms including breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is complete and they serve fresh joice. Lunch is Persian cuisine and the quality is acceptable.
The hotel is also offering free vip shuttle from/to airport.
Inside rooms the decoration is not so modern (I was expecting a more classy room for this 5 stars rated hotel). Unfortunately the bath water pressure was very bad and you must wait a minute or so to have a hot water.
As the hotel location is far from down town and attractions of the island, they should provide lots of facilities. But unfortunately there is no water hobbies and only very few things existing in the hotel area and if you are staying couple of days in the hotel, you have to get taxi to other parts of the island to spend and enjoy your day. Taxis from/to any location are also expensive comparing to other areas of island.
I'm general, it's a good experience to stay over the sea and I recommend to try it if you don't have any budget issue (it's almost the most expensive hotel in Kish island).
