Villa le Torri was the absolute highlight of our month’s trip to Italy. We spent 2 weeks there and it is the most beautiful, peaceful place that we have ever stayed…due to Gabry and the Cantini family. We have been in contact since COVID and he made us feel like one of his family. He provided us with so much information on places to see, made reservations for us at restaurants, gave us maps and was always there if we needed anything. The Villa is so beautiful, the apartments are fantastic and you really get the real feel of Tuscany and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The Saturday night buffet was beyond our expectations, the best food we had on our whole trip, and we also booked the Wednesday night dinner and it was fantastic, have never had that much food that was so delicious with wine to go with it. My husband took the cooking class and he said it was the highlight of the trip for him. The location is just perfect as you are close to a couple small villages to get groceries, ATM, pharmacy and restaurants, but when you look out your windows you see the breathtaking view of the Tuscany landscape with the olive trees and grape vines. We were able to meet so many other guests through the Saturday night buffet and make friendships with them as we all compared our travels. The charm of this Villa is all due to Gabry and the Cantini family, never have we felt so welcomed in a place we have stayed. This was our first trip to Italy and Villa le Torri but we plan on going back and would love to take our family with us. Thank you Gabry for a visit of a lifetime!!

Ciao Cathy and Bob, First, I apologize for this late reply. Thank you for this beautiful message and above all, it gives me enormous pleasure that your stay with us was the highlight of your holiday month in Italy. It was a huge pleasure for me to finally get to know you and Bob. It is true it took some time to have you here as guests. As you said, it all started in 2019 when you booked the holidays for 2020 and then we know what happened in the world. In this long period, and the many e-mails we have sent to each other, it has given us the opportunity to get to know each other better and to also experience a holiday in a "virtual" way by telling us how we lived this extraordinary world event. This long contact gave me the opportunity to pass on to you my passion for this territory and for my work. For me, it is always a thrill to suggest and recommend things to do and places to visit, especially because I have lived here for 3 generations where I grew up. What a joy to know that the Villa, the park and our hospitality, the welcome buffet, the cooking class, the location, the breathtaking view ... in short, that you appreciated any suggestion and experience with us. Thanks for everything and the merit is absolutely not mine, but the contribution that every single guest gives me to improve myself ... a growth that took place together with all of you, and above all thanks to you. It makes me really happy to know that your stay was not a stay in transit, but a stay that left something inside you .... and with all my heart I hope forever. Gabry

We stayed at Villa Le Torri for a week while exploring Tuscany and it was the perfect home base for a relaxing and delicious adventure.

As many people have already noted, Gabry is a wonderful host, providing restaurant recommendations, itinerary suggestions, and local contacts for whatever you need. The apartment was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, independent heating and air conditioning, and a fully-outfitted kitchen where we prepared breakfast each day (often enjoying fresh eggs from the villa's chickens). The pool wasn't open so early in the season, but I'm sure it would be fabulous come summer time, tucked into the beautifully-landscaped grounds and surrounding olive grove. If you're looking for a slice of peace and quiet in the Tuscan countryside, this is it.

I can’t say enough great things about this accommodation! I’ve travelled to Italy 15 times over many years and would highly recommend staying here. It’s centrally located and you will have easy access by car to Lucca, Florence, Sienna, San Gimignano, and the Chianti Wine Valley. Gabe is a wonderful host and happy to help with your plans. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook at home after a long day of touring. It is very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again!

Villa le Torri is a little piece of heaven in Tuscany, thanks to Gabry and his family!

We just spent a month in Italy and our favorite place to stay was Villa le Torri. The property is spectacular and perfectly maintained! The iconic stone building and unique rooms were restored very creatively. The gardens are lovely, with gazebos and other places on site to relax while you sip your favorite wine and appreciate the views. From the windows of our rooms, we could see the rolling hills of vineyards and villages. Villa le Torri also served as a home base for various day trip excursions.

Gabry was the perfect host! His welcoming personality made guests feel as if they were part of his family, as he shared his passion for his gardens and appreciation of local foods, wine, and olive oil (from the Villa le Torri olive grove). He also made reservations for us to do a wine tasting at the castle down the road where he gets his olives pressed.

The welcoming buffet on Saturday night highlighted numerous local foods - a great introduction to the culture of the area and a perfect chance to socialize with the other guests. All of us also attended the dinner on Wednesday night which included even more delicious options, plus local wine and their homemade limoncello.

The cooking class was another treat! The chef, Pierpaolo Moroni, and Gabry worked seamlessly together to guide us through the menu of local foods (while we sipped some local wine). It was also another opportunity to share experiences with other guests. The class started with Gabry’s tour of the gardens, as he snipped fresh herbs and discussed the vegetables and fruit that are used for meals and the cooking classes at the Villa. During the class the chef shared numerous tips about food preparation so we can better repeat the recipes at home.

Thanks to all at Villa le Torri for creating a very memorable part of our Italy trip!

We have just spent another week (first week sept) at this beautifull villa, this was our 5th visit, over a period of 15 years, and over this time you can see how the Cantini family have re-invested in the property and facilities, cooking courses, Air-con, expanded the gardens, covered parking, but the atmosphere has not changed, peace, relaxation and comfort and a no stress atmosphere.
As others have mentioned Saturday nights welcome dinner, gets everyone talking and Wednesdays dinner is probably the best you will get on ANY holiday.
This time we did not have a hire car due to mix up over licenses, but it just meant we had to chill and stay local, with a little planning it worked, and we can recommend having a Pizza’s at I Nani which we had not tried before (only open sat & Sunday) with the locals.
My one piece of advice to anyone going to Le Torri, is take a little time to enjoying ‘Le Torri’, plan to have a least a couple of day chilling by the pool, have a coffee & Danish in the local bars for breakfast, just sit with a cold beer (my wife’s view a bottle of Gabry wine) enjoying the views and listen to the church bells whiling away the day, wander to Poppiano Castle and have a walk around the church.
Thank you Gabry for another great stay, we will be back for more!

This was our 2nd trip to Villa le Torri and it was just as wonderful as the first one in 2022. From the time we drove through the gates and saw Gabry Cantini, we knew we were “home” in Tuscany. We stayed in the same apartment as before and had views of the distant hills, the beautiful landscaping of LeTorri and views of Olive Groves. Villa le Torri is the most peaceful, beautiful place to come “home” to after a day of sightseeing due to Gabry. He made us feel like part of his family. He had a Pizza Dinner the night we arrived…..made several delicious pizzas in his outdoor pizza oven and we got to meet the other couples staying there, which was so nice! He gave us so much information on villages to see, maps on how to get there and also places to see that we did not know about had he not told us about them. My husband did the Cooking Class as he did in 2022 and had so much fun learning how to cook the delicious meals from scratch along with getting fresh vegetables and herbs from Gabry’s garden….and I got to enjoy the samples he brought back to our apartment.

Gabry is a very special man who goes out of his way to make sure each guest is welcomed and also to help us have the vacation of a lifetime. The apartments are so welcoming and relaxing, they have everything one needs for a stay. We stayed 2 weeks each time and wish it could have been longer…. always felt peaceful and stress free as we looked out at the beautiful grounds.

We hope that you are lucky enough to stay in this beautiful Villa as we were!!

Thank you Gabry for another amazing visit….it was so hard to say goodbye to you and your family when we left, but we will be back!!

We returned after a 6 year absence to find that Gabry continues to offer a top notch accommodation. Centrally located in the Tuscan countryside; a short drive to all of the major towns. A car is needed, and Villa Le Torri has more than ample parking. A short walk into the town to enjoy coffee or a beer at the coffee shop/bar. There are a couple of tiny shops where you can purchase milk, eggs, bread, and meats for your meals. But, you can also travel less than 15 minutes by car to some amazing local restaurants serving typical Tuscan foods. Villa le Torri has 9 rooms in an authentic centuries old structure. We find the rooms clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with kitchens for home cooking. Wifi on the property as well. The swimming pool was being opened during our stay, and the setting is outstanding. Peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. The photos on his website and social media are an accurate depiction of this property. The greeter Romeo will steal your heart. This place truly is a slice of bliss.

During our 5 week tour of Italy, we had two of the best meals at Villa Le Torri! This is not only an exceptional place to stay, it is also an excellent base to explore Tuscany!

Gabriele is an excellent host and provided some strategic advice regarding our excursions, including very helpful suggestions on where to park on day trips to Florence and Siena.

I took a picture of the sunset from our kitchen window. It is the best picture that I have taken in my life and it is now my screen saver on my cellphone!

The food, wine and company are first rate!

We just spent a week and this beautiful villa. The villa, grounds and pool area are stunning and so well maintained. Our apartment was perfect for a family of five and had everything we needed with breathtaking views of the countryside around.
Gabri was so helpful before and during our arrival and we met lots of lovely guests many who had been to Le Torri before. The welcome meal on Saturday was lovely and a great way for us and the kids to meet guest. The kids were playing with others about an hour after we arrived! We also had a beautiful meal there on Wednesday night and made use of the fab bbq. Needless to say we have already booked to go again next year! Thank you Gabri.

It was very hard to leave this amazing villa, Gabry and his family. The villa has been beautifully restored, the rooms are very large and well equipped. Wonderful welcome meal on Saturday night allows you to meet the other guests. The grounds are spectacular. The pool was too cool to go in but we soaked our feet after some days of lots of walking. Fantastic location. Easy drive to Siena, Florence, Volterra, Certaldo and San Gimignano. A must while you are their is a dinner at Buzzanca, only open weekends. Thank you so much Gabry, for sharing you beautiful villa with us. When in Tuscany a must place to stay.

Hi, Thank you very much for your e-mail. I confirm you we don't have air conditioning and we have ceiling fan in each room. About the climate and temperature in this season is very difficult to confirm if you need that or not. This year has been a very wet season and the guests with a simple fan has been very fine and in the nigh with a breeze non has been a problem to past the summer but every year is different...we are going on the crazy weather!! If you have some more question I'll appreciate to help you. Ciao, Gabry
