We had a very nice room watching the main central garden. Excellent room, nice private garden, with a relaxed couch on the terrace. Staff friendliness and service level are of a very high standard The only critic `I have concerns the advice of the dive master that I could to the night trip to the Ijen volcano on East-Java with my 2 teenager girls in a beach outfit. That was absolutely not true. When arriving there at night, most if not all visitors were very much prepared for the cold and the climb with professional mountain outfits.
He should have been aware when telling I could do it with my summer outfit, that was besides the truth. I still have a very ad feeling about that behaviour. Specially since I still suffer from pain in my knee; on the way back I slipped with my slippery boat shoes and fell in an awful way.
Again; the hotel is very good.

Genuinely one of the nicest places i have visited. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are extremely good value for money and the mattresses are very comfortable.
Highly recommend, I will definitely be returning!

Lovely Resort that offers everything that you need whilst in Pemuteran. Room was lovely and clean and personalised greeting on the bed a sweet touch. The spa offer wonderful treatments of which were fantastic! The staff were very professional, efficient and friendly.
Only thing I found difficult was pre ordering a meal for the next meal time straight after eating.

Until now our most beautiful stay in Indonesia. Very calm and quiet location. Just a short walk to the beach but for swimming you can go to the garden pool what is very clean and nice. Rooms are clean and nice too. Food in restaurant is okay, people are friendly, polite and always want to help.

The room I stayed in was lovely, clean sheets, fresh towels, thick toilet paper. We had afternoon tea and a snack brought every day. I had an outdoor shower, which was great. The staff were friendly. It also has beautiful gardens. The only minor downside was that there was no key to the bathroom door, so there was only the high concrete wall around the shower stopping people getting in.

spent 2 nights here as part of our tour of indonesia..... there is nothing negative you can say about this place....the rooms are very spacious, clean and tidy....My room had 2 double beds...the shower is lovely set in the open air..... the staff were all very friendly and polite..... the food at the hotel was excellent..... the hotel has a swimming pool out the back..... I could not fault anything here....I will be back !!

Had an amazing experience here, the rooms were so nice and very clean. All the staff went the extra mile to make sure your stay was great. The food tasted amazing, I ate here on four occasions, twice for breakfast and twice for a main meal, I couldn't fault the service or the food quality and everyone in my group loved the food whether they ordered local or western food.

Where should I start. The staff is so attentive and they're all so happy and smiley! The food is good. They have quick laundry service (ours was done in less than a day). Everything about our stay was personalized from the welcome on the lawn, to the room, and on our breakfast plates. If you do stay here, you must get a massage. My husband and kids had full body massages. I had a back and shoulder massage. If I had time, I would have gotten another one. It was that good. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms are really creative! I was actually disappointed that we had to leave.

Based on all the good reviews, we booked for four nights but decided to leave after the first night. Reasons: 1) The room is a bit gloomy, not enough lighting and the linen for one of the beds is torn! 2) Toilet and shower are outside the room. With the exhaust air from the air conditioner in this area, it’s quite hot. Together with the noise from the a/c, it’s unpleasant. More still, the water comes out very slowly and so it took long to do basic routines like taking a shower, washing face etc. 3) Wifi is unstable & slow, and it took a long while to get connected. 4) The room is overpriced for what it has offered. We managed to secure a room of a much higher standard at a resort nearby at the same price!
Pros: 1) The food in the restaurant is good and the price is reasonable but there’s a 30 minutes wait for the order. 2) Good massages at reasonable price. 3) Friendly staff.

Dear Mr/Mrs Lam Che Keung warmest greetings from Kubuku ecolodge Bali we are apologize to made you feel disappointed, as our accommodation didn't meet your expectation, and thank you very much to be feel satisfied with our organic restaurant and as we always mention our food are fresh so it will take us 30 minutes before it getting serve. can we please clarify about our Accommodation: 1.Our room is gloomy, as you are couple then we provide you romantic room, but it will sound fare if you mention it to us and we could so you how to turn it brighter, 2.Our toilet and shower is out door (not out side) as we always mention in our web site, outdoor bathroom is 1 of our concept because we are living in humid place and our guest could feel different sensation, they could look at blue sky, watch stars when they had shower, out door Aircondition is located out side is just to make sure that our aircondition getting fresh air. 3.water are not strong enough, thank you very much and we are sorry. we will check it this out 4.Our room is over price, this is what we not agree. our accommodation is offer unique experience and we could guarantee that you could not find it on other places all over the world, our concept is Ecolodge which mean in our accommodation is 25% using local product from local farmer, developing our community in economy,education and not using any plastic.
