We really enjoyed our anniversary getaway at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved the awesome lake view. To top it off the staff was friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

I do not typically leave feedback or provide reviews on the regular, but this hotel is deserving! Everything about this place made me feel spoiled, and every detail was meticulous. Valet parking, modern lobby and rooms, quick check in/out, awesome gym. Breakfast was amazing looking out over lake Washington (I took a picture - which is unusual). Incredible room, incredible stay. I will be back without question.

Friendly Staff. Clean hotel I stay here all the time now. It is our Go To hotel for business when visiting Seattle . Beautiful view of the Ocean . I always try to book here when travelling to Seattle. Live the view of Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline from lakewive rooms; I try to book higher floors. The restaurant, Tranquil Waters, is superb (if expensive). What was really important this time is that the hotel allowed me to request a room that had jot been occipied for a number of days, thus putting to rest concerns about COVID-19.

Overall the Hyatt Recency is a lovely hotel to stay. However, as a vegan it was difficult to eat at the restaurants on the premises, as they claimed certain dishes were vegan. However, the food was not prepared vegan and was cooked on the same surfaces at meat products. I would suggest improvement in this area. Also, when I asked for my room to be cleaned the staff failed to vacuum, mop or clean the shower and shower door. This was disappointing and I had to contact the front desk to give them a list of areas to clean as it was not done the first time around. Otherwise my 2- week stay was comfortable. The staff called daily to see if I needed anything and that was much appreciated.

Had an company event and reserved a room with view lake, event was at 7PM showed at 5PM having this literally verbiage "your room is not ready is still on cleaning" at 5:30 PM?? But we give you another room to park view and give a discount of $50 or you can wait 1-2 hours for your room . Made the reservation with more than of a month in advance. Totally Hotel was not capable to manage and event and having rooms ready or oversold rooms.

Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in the Seattle area. Positives: New property. Close to Sea-Tac airport. Nice lake side location. Great restaurant called Waters Table. We had an incredible dinner there. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite. Negatives: The hotel is part of a new development, so it’s surrounded by condominiums and office buildings. Nothing exciting in the area. Service: abysmal. If you call guest services or front desk or even vallet from your room, your call is never answered. If you request something from the Hyatt app, you will never get it.
Before booking I emailed GM asking about breakfast for Globalists. She informed me that Regency Club was open and serving breakfast. This information made me decide to stay there. During check in I was informed that the Regency Club was now closed and breakfast for Globalists was a $25 credit to the store/cafe next to the reception. This was disappointing, specially when the hotel’s restaurant is fully operational.

Great hotel with a great location. What takes away from a great location is the service and people. The employees at this hotel are non existent and not helpful. Check-in time is just as important as check-out time - delivering a room 2 hours late is not acceptable. I would highly suggest staying at a Hilton hotel in the area (which is very close) to avoid any frustration with the incompetency of the hotel management.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were great. I was disappointed that I had to pay for parking every time I left for the first 2 days even after spending a significant amount on rooms. The market was the best place to get a quick breakfast, it was worth going to a grocery store to get food.

Stayed for a conference. Room was absolutely fantastic with a gorgeous view of the water. No convenient food options at this location and expensive restaurant and "market" made eating a decent meal for under $20 a challenge. $22 for an OK hamburger and fries... The staff were excellent friendly and attentive. About 25 min. drive to Pikes Place, with not much immediately local to the hotel.

No, this hotel is across the inlet in Renton. It was about a 15 minute bus ride to the Boeing Museum of Flight, so getting to down town Seattle would be even further.
We were there over a weekend, when the hotel provides free parking in a nearby parking garage. You will have to check with the hotel for possibilities during the week
There are more places to choose from in the Renton area.
