It's a small little campground run by the village.
Sites a pretty flat.
Worth a couple of nights camping for sure.
Note: trails a gator gardens park right beside the campground.
Sami flush near entrance too.

Ein sehr schön unmittelbar am Rande des "Ökologischen Gartens" (eine ökologisch sensible kleine und durch zwei Holzbohlenwege erschlossene Sumpf- und Waldlandschaft mit zahlreichen Vögeln) gelegener öffentlicher Campingplatz, der von der Gemeinde Alert Bay betrieben wird. Bis auf eine Ausnahme (Kayak-Regatta rings um Alert Bay an einem Wochenende im August) ist der Platz wenig belegt. Er liegt auf einem kleinen Berg und ist von der Fähre mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten und zu Fuß durch den Ort bergauf in knapp 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Campingplatz verfügt über Toiletten und zwei Waschräume mit heißer Dusche (Münzautomat), die täglich von einem Platzwart gereinigt werden. Der freundliche Platzwart kassiert auch die Campinggebühr, notfalls kann man die vorgegebene angemessene Summe in einen Briefkasten werfen. Der Platzwart verkauft auch Feuerholz. Bei Regen kann eine Überdachung genutzt werden. Einige Parzellen haben Tische, Bänke und eine Feuerstelle.
