My family and I visited Baymont Minot for a medical emergency. The guest was COMPLETELY amazing! They were so empathetic, helpful, and accommodating. Erica checked on us daily and found a way to make us smile through our hardship. The property is great. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were flawless. If there is any question of staying here, the customer service in itself from the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping is a great enough reason. They are all so friendly. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel! ❤

Fine facitlity with people who care about their guests and their hotel. Willing to share what to see and what to do and not to do in the Minot area. Everything works in this hotel, bright and shiny and in a bright well lit area with lots of open space if you have a pet to walk, Good selection of food within walking distance.

This hotel is pretty decent. The staff were absolutely friendly and talked for a little bit at check-in after one of them noticed my shirt. They did say they were in the middle of a towel replacement service, so we opted to get our towels ourselves and we didn't mind.
Our keycard malfunctioned and it was replaced immediately, and there was no hiccup in that aspect afterwards.
The room we had smelled of incense. Too bad the design of the windows made it impossible to open them to let in fresh air. So we had to apply perfume in the room.
I hung out by the lobby as the sun set because it was more gorgeous and vibrant than normal. The lobby was pretty peaceful and quiet.
It definitely starting to show its age judging by the molds at the caulking of the shower tiles.
While sleeping, around 1:45 AM, the TV turned itself on and started beeping that there was an error in the cable box. My family got scared thinking our room might be haunted and started being paranoid if someone committed something in our room. But I just laughed them off.
Breakfast the following morning was at 7 am since it was a Saturday (it starts at 6 am on weekdays). Not much meat in the selection, except for the biscuits and gravy, which was an absolute heaven! I think I did two rounds because it was so good. The breakfast room looked crowded but there were also tables at the lobby if there's no room.

Entrance - had not been vacuumed. Front desk has you ring a bell for service at 2 pm. We arrived a bit ahead of check in time. Floor was so sticky we had to go walk outside to clean off the bottoms of our shoes. Carpets throughout were badly stained and not vacuumed. Front desk clerk was difficult to understand and did not present in a very professional manner of one that was trained in hospitality industry. Same with the morning staff and housekeeping staff. Once we checked in to our room, we noticed that the beds were really not made properly, a hairpin and a crayon were found on the floor, plastic bags from previous guests behind the nightstand and there was dust everywhere. One of their staff walked in on us - without knocking. It was the same person we saw standing outside the entrance to hotel coughing and spitting as we checked in.
The bed was comfortable. The shower did not have much pressure and water was only lukewarm. I would not recommend this hotel. Even though a hotel is "older" , it still should be clean, especially during the pandemic.

We were not able to go due to COVID. "Normal " cancelation policy is 24 hours and there was no leniency customer service couldn't help. I was charged for a room I couldn't stay in due to being responsible and not making the trip. I also found out the pool was not open (main reason for the stay) when I specifically called earlier in the week to make sure it would be open that weekend. Why wasn't I afforded the same courtesy of being called or emailed 24 hours in advance?

A little mixup with the rooms that were booked but got it figured out. Rooms were clean. Had a suite so it was great for visiting with a group of friends. Pool room was quite muggy and seemed to be a lot of chlorine in the water. Breakfast room needed someone supervising more to refill empty items. Grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, lounge all within walking distance. Good price.

I have stayed here once a month for the past 3 months and while my stay itself has been unremarkable (rooms were clean, towels were provided, staff were accommodating) my main issue lie with the lack of appropriate lighting in the parking lot. They have ONE lamppost to light an entire parking lot, and when I asked about it, they said they could not do anything about it because they shared the lot with another hotel and the other hotel wouldn’t pay to replace the light bulbs so they wouldn’t pay for the cost solo. To put this in perspective, I’d you’ve ever been to Minot, you know that as a female traveling alone, poorly lit parking lots late at night or early in the morning are less than ideal for a multitude of reasons, and especially given that in the winter in ND it gets dark by 6:30 pm and stays dark until 7:30 am (on average) lighting is crucial. It is absurd to think that a few lightbulbs cannot be purchased to ensure the safety of the patrons of the hotel. Furthermore, the parking lot and walkways were extremely icy and poorly shoveled or salted, leading to falls and spills. I urge you to do better to protect your customers. All it takes is one incident for you to look REALLY BAD, let’s be proactive instead of reactive. Do better!!

The staff here, from all aspects, reservations to check out were all amazingly helpful. The hotel was clean and the beds were exceptional. Best of all, we came off of some very stressful highways due to an ice/snow storm very stressed. The reservation person was even talking to our dog via the car phone system. Totally helped the stressful situation and we won't forget the response.

I was not told that the pool was closed until I checked in. Front desk clerk recommended that I take children to Splash Down or I can get a refund in 10 working days. I get to my room and find dirty laundry (under garments) from prior guests. I let front desk know, they picked up the items and left with no response. I was not impressed at all.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Located by great food and shopping and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free and so delicious with a waffle maker and cold and hot cereal along with other hot food and cold breakfast food.

I don’t think so. We didn’t have an adjoining door in our room but maybe they have suites. Double check if the pool is still down though
I believe only the cost of the room as there is no restaurant, bar etc where you could charge anything to your room
We need to put a Credit card on file and authorize it. A Guest always has the option to pay cash on checkout.
