Brand new condo hotel located in the heart of Noord, with nearby Palm Beach and Eagle Beach, restaurants, shopping, golf, supermarkets and local attractions. Fully equipped kitchen, living room and comfortable rooms. Swimming pool and two beach tennis courts are available for enjoyment. Free secured parking.

The Aruba's Life Vacation Residences are part of the Best Western Hotels brand. The unit we had was a suite with two bedrooms and baths, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, and 2 flat-screen tvs (one in the sitting area and one in the master bedroom). the residences are located inland from Palm Beach, and a vehicle would probably be required since the bus service is several blocks away and does not go directly to Palm Beach. Taxi to/from Palm Beach would be $10 or $12. there are 2 medium-sized grocery stores about a 10 minute walk away, and a larger one about a 10 minute drive away. The unit was very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no daily housekeeping, and if you want daily housekeeping there is a fee.There is a small gym adjacent to the pool with some weights and some new treadmills and aerobic equipment. The only problem we found was that if you turned the shower on fully, the hot water ran out very quickly. There can also be noise from the housekeeping staff talking in the outdoor hallway during the day.

Condo was spacious that fit our family perfectly. Pool seemed to only be heated and the lights on the weekends. That didn’t stop us from swimming or night swimming. Showers do get cold quickly. I’d suggest packing some ziplock baggies for the kitchen, paper towels and anything you can fit in the suitcase. Food and Alcohol is expensive in Aruba. We bought liquor at the duty free shop in the airport and saved a ton of money. We’d definitely stay at the Aruba’s Life Residence again. Close to everything, staff was friendly and rooms are large and clean.

Overall, my Wife and I enjoyed our stay, this is a new condo hotel located in the heart of Noord most attractions are about 10 minutes away. So, you will need a vehicle. The room was very clean, and the onsite restaurant is good if you decide to eat in your room or at the side of the pool.
The only issue we had was that you can only take a 3-minute shower before the hot water runs out. I thought it was 5 minutes, but my wife had me time her in the shower. The room only has a 6-gallon electric water tank. The size of the hot water tank should be increased to accommodate 6 people in the room. Due to the room capacity being 6 people. The staff was over all good except for the hot water issue. They acted like they were clueless. But we looked up review after we notice the issue one reviews states “Showers do get cold quickly”

We were nothing but pleased with these condos. First off it felt very safe and secure; private parking card access only with a security shack. Everything is brand new and the staff were amazing! Giant kitchen area and fridge, fully stocked with appliances. Comfortable beds and the best pull out couch I’ve laid on. Big enough area that we played card games comfortably with family every evening. Huge showers (limited hot water so soap up with the water off, par for the course on an island) however the steam from the bathrooms does turn the fire alarm on sometimes, just like our home. Lots of laughs :) LOTS of closet/storage room and a mini safe in the master. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only suggestion would be a full size coffee maker instead of the 4 cup but we also made that work fine. Beautiful facility on a beautiful island 💜🌴

From check in to check out everything goes smoothly. My room was very new, modern, spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer (not all rooms have that apparently). Perfect for a family vacation, or some time for yourself. The two ladies at the front desk are incredibly friendly and willing to assist you with anything needed. There's also a gate which adds a sense of security so you can relax without a care in the world. Would definitely return to this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and lowkey getaway.

The web site described a resort with a roof top lounge and ocean view, the roof top lounge could not be found and the only view was not of the ocean but of the highrise resorts on the ocean beach! The restaurant was closed and looked as though it had been closed for some time. There was a nice BBQ area but the grills were locked and had to be reserved and that could only be done on the day you wanted to use it. Depending on which guard was working the grill would be unlocked but sometimes you had to walk the grounds with the food you were planning on grilling to find the guard! We had a problem with water leaking through the bathroom ceiling, the first time we were informed it was fixed and there was not any other available room. The second time it was leaking so much there was water out to the hall and the ceiling was falling down, now we were moved to another room. Before reserving our room, I contacted the resort with specific questions about handicap accessibility. I was told it was and there were grab bars and a walk in shower. There were no grab bars at the toilet and the only grab bar in the walk in shower was in a position that was totally unusable and there was no shower seat. We travel with our own shower seat as this happens often. But the lack of grab bars is a hazard. The resort is rally in the middle of now where, there are basically no restaurants or shops near by so a car in a necessity.

Great hotel. Customer friendly and most of all,this is a new hotel. Feels like your home when you stay there. Quiet,cozy. Very romantic(if need be). You can meet the host,Ms.Davia, very friendly and most of all very accommodating. One of the best customer service personnel I have come across , especially in the Caribbean.

We had a fantastic stay at this location! The rooms are nice, clean, and new. Davia at the front office is super terrific and helped us out a ton! It is also very close to all the beaches by car and the pool is heated :).
SN---One suite has 2 rooms with a queen and king bed and a pull out sofa bed so, don't make the mistake that I did and get 2 of those suites if you do not need them. We are a family of 5 and only needed 1 suite but I accidentally got 2 not knowing how spacious it was.

We made a last minute reservation after having problems with the hotel where we were supposed to stay. I was very skeptical about it since there were only 5 reviews about this place, but I am so glad we booked it. It´s a very nice place, they opened last november. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. It has a kitchen, living room area and a varanda. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, good furniture and nice decorations. Quiet at night. It has a nice pool too. The employees were very nice. They lend you beach chairs. They also provide pool towels. They don´t clean the room every day, only on the 3rd day of your stay. The place is a little off the beaten track but it is close enough to the beaches and other places of interest. You will be fine as long as you have a car. Also, it´s a little tricky to find it. We had a little problem to find it at night with waze. So my piece of advice is this, follow waze until you make a turn on the street where cafe 080 is. After that, turn on the second right (instead of the first one) and then go straight. Aruba´s Life Residence will be on your right side.

The property is new and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Very conveniently located. Only 5 minutes from the beach, food and area where people walk around looking at the sights/nigthlife.
The only negativesAlso, there was a dog that lived next door that barked in the middle of the night. Could be annoying if you're a light sleeper.
I can say is that the hot water in the shower doesn’t last long. Management said they are aware of this issue and plan on installing larger hot water tanks. Added to this is the very affordable price. Definitely my “go-too” when I return next year.
