The Heritage Inn is located just off I-15 and is within minutes of the CM Russell Museum, the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, Giant Springs State Park, First People's Buffalo Jump, Great Falls International Airport, Holiday Village Mall, and the Rivers Edge Trail along the Missouri River, to name a few. After an exhausting day of travel, fly fishing on the Missouri, or sightseeing, enjoy the ambiance of our Atrium by relaxing in the hot tub before taking a dip in the pool. Rooms needed to be cleaned better to begin with, garbage and food under the beds and by door, handle falling off dresser, items left in drawer from previous guest. Mattresses need to be flipped or rotated, big sagging hole on one side of each mattress where everyone must sit most often. Need to come and clean rooms at least every other day for stayover guests, needed garbage emptied, floor vaccuumed and complimentary items restocked. 4 days and nights is way too long for no housekeeping services.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the Heritage Inn. The front desk had very friendly staff. The room was extra clean and so was the pool area. Staying in a poolside room made it very easy for us and our children to access. Well worth it and the rate was great!

Generally unless you spend +200 in Great Falls MT for a hotel room you get what is normally a $80 hotel room elsewhere and The Heritage Inn did not break the trend. Musty smell in our hallway when checking in, warning sign on the reception desk that advises stays over 1 night do not get the room cleaned greeted us upon arrival. Room is the typical run down, dated hotel room you see in ‘80’s movies. 1” gap on top corner of door you could look into the room, door lock loose-screws were finger tight-door held together with visible construction adhesive, dirty, missing caulk in the bathroom and bathroom fan screaming out a welcome when turned on. Chair in room needs to be thrown out as no one in their right mind would sit in it anymore and not 1 but 2 dead roaches in the bathroom. All in all a disappointing stay. If you need to stay cough up $300 bucks for a decent room elsewhere or better yet if no business to do in Great Falls just keep driving, there is a great hotel in Hardin. Oh yeah, TV remote partially worked, had to get up and use the controls on the TV for volume, channels just like the ‘80’s.

Room was comfortable but a free breakfast not offered.Most hotels of this price do offer a hot breakfast ! We had stayed at this facility before and it was a Best Western but when we checked in they told us they were no longer so no rewards.The price was about the same as a BW!

I recently stayed at the hotel… I have stayed at this hotel many times before and have a very many fond memories of this hotel… I have been staying here since I was a little girl I remember when they had an arcade and 2 pools… Those days are far behind them… I’ve always been fond of the hotel because of the fact that we have always stayed here with family since I was around 5&6 years old when they first opened. This last time we stayed there with family and we were going to stay again the next day and tried to book a room for the next night and so I checked my card and there was a charge for $250.00 dollars that was withdrawn from the my account. I thought they maybe it was a deposit since I had used a booking site. I called the front desk to be sure. They told me that since I had a pet with me that they had to charge me $250.00 because I didn’t notify them that so had my pet with me. So we packed our things and decided to leave and I would despite it while checking out… About 10 mins later I heard a loud knock at the door. It was someone from the front desk . He said that we had 5 minutes to leave or he was calling GPD “the cops”. I grabbed all of my things and we left. Horrible treatment since and not pet friendly… I didn’t say much and the guy was basically trying to belittle me . The only thing that I said was that’s why I stayed here because you’re advertisement said pet friendly and I mentioned it while I was checking in as well. I booked a specific room and wasn’t worried about whether or not it costed more. They didn’t say too much about it while I was checking in and had told them specifically that I had my pet with me… We never got our money and I’m pursuing action against the very rude loud manager that I had not really said anything to. Just that I thought this was a pet friendly hotel and after he told me quite a few things as I was leaving. He also started to record us and gets out license plate too. I told him I didn’t give him permission to record us and that it was illegal all he said was that it was private property. I just got in and left. He must have left his meds…

We chose this hotel on the basis of wanting a nice pool, only to learn right after making a nonrefundable booking that the pool would be closed while we were there, which was disappointing, and all of the on-site amenities were closed for Labor Day, but the spacious, immaculately clean facility mostly made up for these small drawbacks. (There's a big convenience store and a Dairy Queen within walking distance, so we were able to provision ourselves without an on-site restaurant.) The room was cool and comfortable and while I can imagine this place could be pretty hopping if an event or conference was going on, at the end of a holiday weekend it was one of the quietest hotels we've ever stayed in. Had a great night's sleep and were 5 minutes from the airport the next morning. Though a little disappointed at not being able to swim, my son had a good time exploring the enormous building, and the pool area looked beautiful so we hope to come back sometime when it's operational.

My family and I have been staying at the Heritage Inn in Great Falls for decades. We've had family reunions there, and we all get rooms there whenever there is a family function in the area, such as a wedding. This summer we had about 20 of us staying there, but the experience was way different than in years past. The rooms were not clean and the staff were rude (with the exception of the very friendly lady attending the morning breakfast). Worst of all was two male staff showing up at poolside to ask my 10 year old cousin to stop playing her clarinet (just received as a gift the day before). Understand that the pool area was packed with 25 people making noise - splashing, kids shrieking, laughing, shouting. This was from 4pm to 4:30pm, so it's not like it was late at night or anything. And you couldn't even hear the clarinet over all of the other noise. The poor girl was traumatized by these large men, who did not even bother to talk with her parents. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager, Tyler Clark, was on vacation until the following Tuesday. I left my number and asked that he call me. After giving him a few days past Tuesday and not getting a call, I called and asked to speak with him. He was unavailable so I provide my number again and asked that he return my call. I never did hear from him or anyone from the Heritage Inn. I filled out one of their internal surveys with my contact information hoping to hear from them. Still nothing. I can give a hotel a pass for the mold on the ceiling, or the fact that we had no room cleaning service while staying there. But the way they treated this 10 year old girl that was so proud while she practiced her new clarinet - that cannot be ignored. And then to ignore all communication attempts? Well, you can bet that our long history of staying at the Heritage has come to an end.

My wife and I were immediately impressed with the citrus (lemon) scent of the room when we first opened the door to our room (131). We were also impressed with the ease of check-in. And finally, we were totally satisfied with the room location and ease of downloading our luggage into the room. It was a most convenient location for us as it was on the ground floor and near an outside access door. We were close to the VFW Activities and Max's Casino. We ate in the Casino several times and found the food to be excellent and very reasonably priced. We found the employees to be very cheerful, helpful, and very responsive to our requests. We very much enjoyed our stay and will try to stay at the Heritage Inn the next time we need to stay in Great Falls. By the way, we have stayed at the Heritage numerous times over the past 20 years and have always found our stays to be most enjoyable. Thank you very much!

The front counter staff are great. They always go out of their way to help.
I was able to check in a bit early.
I travel with my pet, so a pet room and location are important to me.
As they have done in the past my room is a great location, close to outside door, makes taking care of my dog easier morning and evening. Clean rooms, quiet and comfortable, I always ask for a ground floor room which helps too.

Good Morning! Yes, we have both microwaves and coffee makers in the room. As well as drip coffee available in the lobby, and the Palomino Espresso bar too!

Breakfast is not included with every rate. We have a breakfast included rate package, some companies contract a rate that includes breakfast, there is a $5 breakfast coupon ( a select menu) you can buy at the front desk or there is a full breakfast menu that has a variety of prices and options. The $5 breakfast coupons are the most popular with guests. With the $5 coupon you can order off of a seven item menu, cooked fresh to order. Everyone's favorite is the #1- Eggs(cooked to your preference), hash browns, bacon or sausage and choice of toast. Please let me know if i can be of further assistance please let me know.
