We were there only one night as had an appointment at the Mayo Clinic. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. When asked for directions for the Clinic, I was ready to have to walk outside for about 5 minutes. They said oh no you can just take the skywalk which I didn't even know I could do. Map was on hand and it was greatly appreciated as it was a windy and rainy morning. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was in a large area and was the typical breakfast food. The breakfast area was kept very clean as was the entire hotel. Would definitely stay if ever have to go back to downtown Minneapolis!

Stayed during the week and staff were very helpful. This was my first visit to downtown St. Paul and staff provided me with great options for dinner all within a short walk of the hotel. Also, the breakfast was awesome with eggs, smoothies , waffles and so much more it was like a buffet and easily a 15-20.00 meal alone. Room was very clean and comfortable. Valet parking was not cheap 33.00, but they took very good care of my vehicle and there is no access by anyone but staff. They do have a shuttle to take you places so it was well worth the cost of the valet since I don’t know the area well my care was much safer with valet! I will definitely stay here again.

While in town for a cheer and dance competition we selected this location based on value and walking distance. The value for our accommodations was superb! The staff here are very friendly and remember you by name. The walking distance to the convention center is absurd though. It is much easier to walk outside or take a Lyft; which we ended up doing after a confusing jaunt amid the skywalk maze.
The breakfast here is delicious as well, just like every other Hilton location. Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites for another top notch experience!

We came down to stay here for a wedding that was 2 blocks from the hotel. With everyone that came we had over 20 rooms checked out and 75 + people that stayed here. They were so super about accommodating all of our needs. I can't even begin to praise the staff enough for their friendliness and helpfulness!!
They kept everything very clean and were constantly cleaning things that were being used or touched. There was enough parking for everyone and we were able to walk to our venue. They did offer shuttle service to us also. But we did not use it.
Our rooms were excellent! They were very well cleaned and comfortable. Everything looked new and nice. I have no complaints what so ever!! Everyone was very satisfied and we would highly recommend staying here!!More

This location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for guests that are taking in a show! We were able to walk to dinner, to the show, and some additional nightlife! It's great that the skyway runs right through it. We parked at the conveniently located Hawthorn ramp, and were pleased that it only cost $5 for overnight parking. I'm not sure if that was a special rate?
The odd thing.... the cover to the key reader kept falling off the doors. I saw many laying on the floor.
The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, and they kept it well stocked.

Location for downtown events is great. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of items. Staff was nice. There is no onsite parking but public parking is very close and reasonably priced.

Stayed in room 325, light street noise overnight so not too bad... might be worse if traveling with young kids. The room seemed very clean and the bed was comfortable, what else could you ask for?

We selected this hotel because we had tickets to a Twins game. It was great to be able to take the skywalk from the hotel to the game. The guys who checked us in were patient as they gave us directions to the parking garage and how it works. It was great to have our car in covered parking and that the garage was accessible to the hotel via the skywalk. The breakfast area is huge and they had a nice variety of breakfast foods. We selected a room on the backside of the hotel and that helped with limiting city traffic noise. We appreciate that Hampton Inns provide bath amenities in decanters rather than one-time use disposable products. One word of caution, this location is not in an area that we would consider a good walking area.

Wonderful experience, the bed was a dream and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location is extremely safe - you needed a key card for all the doors and elevators. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was no parking onsite but, there was a parking lot that was $10 for 24 hours right behind the building and there was also a parking lot attendant, as well. We did not use the light rail but, the light rail is right by the hotel and we were told that it will take you straight to the Mall of America. We loved staying here!

Location is amazing if you plan on going to concerts or ball games in Minneapolis. If you get their app it’ll make your stay even better due to the ability to check in/ out, allows you to use elevators, and enter your room through it. Definitely sticking with Hilton.

The Hampton Inn is connected to Target Center by a skywalk. It is a short walk via the skyway system, and you never have to walk on the street. Very convenient and safe to use the skyway system. There is also a parking ramp connected to the skyway to get to the Hampton.
I think it was $100. Definitely worth the price.
It has been awhile since we were there but I think it was from 6:00 am - 10:00 am.
Sorry, this location does not have either.
