Detailed Reviews
Stayed one night at 100 $ +tax for a double.Small, comvenient and basic rooms. New facility, furniture in good condition. Bed small but comfortable.Had to unplug the AC and tv to switch then off - controls not working. No soap in the room.Could hear the noise of the AC in neighboring rooms at night.
Basic but ok for a one night stop.

Arrived at about 8pm to find a sign instructing us to go register at the PetroCan. Come to find one poor lady trying to deal with gas bar customers and take our reservation, meanwhile the card maker was in a different building. She had no choice but to ask us a) if we could wait another half hour for shift change, or b) to watch the store while she went to get the machine. We watched the store. Comes back with machine, a little more chaos, get our keys, not for the right room. Try all the door on the floor, key opens a different door of an unmade room. Back down to the gas bar. New key, after a wait due to gas bar customers, back up to the room -
Fridge not plugged, temp control not on (during the hottest summer on record), no cushion on the chair, used toiletries in the bathroom, no coffee maker (but convenient Starbucks attached to hotel), no microwave, not enough towels for two people-my sister used a hand towel, that I took from another room that wasn’t locked, for her shower. For $150+ I expected a little more. I guess the toilet worked okay🤔.
Horrible experience after a full day of driving. Go the extra few minutes to a lodging that cares.

This is brutal. Beds not made no TV and no Wi-Fi. I couldn’t turn the AC off so I had to unplug it as well.I feel sorry for the girl that works here, she has no support from management. I wonder if they know that there’s a pandemic going on, I climbed in the bed and realized that the sheets were not changed. Pretty gross. The girl did come up and get me new sheets I made with the bed myself. Do not stay here it’s not worth $100.

I feel bad for this place, some old reviews are affecting the current ones...We went 2 weeks ago after reading some reviews the only thing i agree on is the front desk service day and evening sucks! We contacted the number on the door and from there everything was great. Natali checked us in, showed us our room, and asked us if there was anything specific we needed... She even showed us a few rooms... Wow! Great unique concept!!! Very friendly, sympathic and receptive. We loved our room Clean, TV and fridge with wifi. Very quiet no in and outs all night. The beds are comfortable, would go back anytime short or long stay. great service, clean, affordable 25 min from Ottawa. Thanks again for the great service!!

I was hear at the beginning of July, complained that my computer was not picking up wifi. The manager tried to sell me a story that my Apple products won't work on Restauparc wifi. This place is usually a good deal, but this is lame, and I am feeling cheated. Go elsewher if you want wifi.

We rented for 2 nights. What was our surprise the second evening when we opened the door to our room with our card there was a couple in our room. The registration office is not open 24 hours. We tried to reach someone with the phone number on the card. We come across a voicemail. It is recommended to go to Petro Canada. The employee told us that she only rents rooms if she has problems calling the number on the card.
So never rent from this cheap place but no service if it has problems.
