We stayed at here from February 4-6th, 2021. The hotel is gorgeous and looks brand new. Check in was easy and all the staff from the front desk, to breakfast, to the coffee shop were very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was great, at this time they offered oatmeal, cereal, bananas, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, Mickey waffles, and muffins. It was not busy at all at 7am and was very busy at 8:30 if that helps you make plans. We did not choose to eat downstairs and instead took it to our room to eat. Between the desk area and the two little tables by the couch, there was plenty of room for us to eat in there. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the AC worked well.
That was all the good, now time for the bad. I will first say though that I would stay here again in a heartbeat so the bad is not a dealbreaker for me. First of all, the placement of the bathroom in the room leaves you with zero privacy. The pocket door is located at the foot the beds. The shower (with a clear glass door) is located at the entrance of the bathroom. So if someone is showering, and someone else needs to get in the bathroom, that means that the people in the bedroom can see you showering as soon as the door is opened. The shower stall is also very small, so if an adult needs to bathe their child, it is pretty difficult to do. It’s not impossible, but you are both constantly running into the walls.
When you check in make sure that you do NOT get a room by the elevators!!!! The ding signaling the arrival of the elevator is VERY loud. There was a malfunction one night that we slept there and all three elevators were individually dinging loudly every 20 seconds for well over an hour. I lost a lot of sleep because of the constant noise. The walls are very thin so you can hear all hallway noise.

We stayed here for a 3 night adults getaway, we would definitely come back. This hotel is a great value, and has really good amenities. Our room was very large, and had a microwave and fridge.
The pool was really nice, we used it every day. The pool bar/restaurant was good. Service was friendly and fast. It looks like sometimes they have a server roaming the pool area, but we ordered right from the bar.
We were very happy with the included breakfast. Hot, fresh, constantly being refreshed. There is a sign outside the breakfast area regarding busy times. Read it so you do not end up waiting longer than you need to. We did not encounter any long lines, but depending on your Disney park schedule you may want to plan ahead and leave a few extra minutes. There is lots of seating for breakfast, and there are even some tables outside if you want to enjoy some fresh air with your breakfast.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a real Disney ticket desk at the hotel. Not some third party agency or a timeshare scam. Staffed by a real Disney employee. This sort of tells me that the hotel cares about their guests and does not want to expose them to a scammy ticket seller.
This hotel is an easy 15 minutes to each park. We didnt have any traffic at any time of the day coming or going.
Our room was amazingly quiet. Could not hear a thing from the outside, hall, other rooms, etc. Our bed was very comfortable. I sort of want to find out what it is and get one for home.
This may be a small thing, but we normally find Orlando tap water to have a bad taste. The tap water at this hotel was very good, we did not notice any of the usual swampy taste.
We will probably return with our whole family. The value we received at this hotel was outstanding. We usually stay on property, but for a value trip this is a great option.

waze directed us to springhill suites, we went to the front desk told the clerk cyra
about the dilemma we were in and that we could not find a room anywhere it was our first time at a springhill suites hotel
. Cyra took us under her wings at once and told us not to worry anymore she had a room for us. She is a cheerful person, you can tell she likes her job
The hotel is clean and inviting in the lobby when you walk in.
Our room was spotless, large and decorated in bright colors
the bed was comfortable and we got a good nites sleep
the next day we saw the general manager Lisa and told her about Cyra
and how she was so kind and considerate to us.
Lisa was also welcoming & considerate
She gave us bottled water and said don't rush off.......relax at poolside at one of the tables.
We will visit Springhill Suites in other states and tell our family & friends about our experience there.

This hotel is conveniently located to the Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center and Disney parks. The area is quiet, the rooms spacious, and the free breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereal makes this a great deal. The restaurant is not 5-star but the gym is large and has free weights and machines. Overall a very nice experience. This was my second stay here.

2-night stay was nothing but comfortable, even with the hotel appearing to be at full capacity. Check-in was seamless, with clear instructions on when breakfast was offered in the mornings. The breakfast area was quite large, with plenty of attendants to keep stations clean and coffee pots filled. Room was clean and quiet, nothing negative to stay at all!

I am here now. This hotel is exactly as advertised.
My room is incredibly clean, the bathroom is a good size. I will definitely be back.
I am in a wheelchair for a bit (herniated disc)
And they were very accommodating in making sure our room had a tub, and we were able to get an early check in, which I really needed!
I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and pictures can be very deceiving, this hotel is the exception! It is just as good as the pictures.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and we were wowed by it. So we booked it for before checking into our DVC property. We are platinum Marriott reward members so we get certificates for free nights and we used a certificate for this stay. I don’t know if they give the crappy rooms to people staying free on certificates or if they just haven’t kept up with the hotel. Our room was awful. Broken thermostat with pieces hanging off it, horrible humming sound in bathroom, toilet that kept clogging, couch cushions were stained quite bad, and the most disgusting part was the exposed part of the box spring that was visibly stained with blood. The condition of this room was completely unacceptable and not up to SpringHill standards. Additionally, I asked not to be near an ice maker and they placed me directly across from it. I even asked at check in to confirm I wasn’t near it and they assured me I was no where near the ice maker. The only reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because of the breakfast. They offer a huge variety and it is very tasty and they have Mickey waffles. I can say we won’t be staying here again. With all the hotels in the Orlando area, we will be looking for a new one. It’s a shame cause we loved it the first time we stayed there.

I was impressed by this hotel. It has a resort feel, without the resort fee! Great zero entry pool that is pretty large. There is a coffee bar "Proudly Serving Starbucks." The pool has food and bar service. There is a large workout room. There is a hot tub. There is also a batting cage, but you need a friend to pitch the ball. There are barbecues available for guest use by the pool, as well as by a pavilion area that can be reserved. There is also a small grass field, which was being utilized by a youth soccer team staying at the hotel to practice. These amenities were shared with the neighboring sister Town Place Suites by Marriott.

The room was a 2 Queen Suite with a sofa bed. Great for our party of 5. The bathroom door was a little weird. It is a sliding translucent door at the foot of the beds, so bathroom/toilet sounds travel well through the door, which is not so great for a party of 5. The translucent door allows the glow of the bathroom mirror light to light up the bed area, but nothing can be seen through the glass, just a dark shadow. There is no bathtub, just a shower, which is not so good for young children.

The hot breakfast was better than most hotels have been offering during COVID. Servers dished out Mickey waffles, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage patties every day of our 3 night stay. There were hot and cold cereal, juices in a juice dispenser, yogurt, and fresh fruits, among other items. Socially distanced large indoor and outdoor breakfast seating areas.

The hotel's location is just outside of the Disney World western entrance, convenient by car (no shuttle service). There is considerable construction of a new shopping center in the area.

Had a good overnight stay. Room and hotel were very clean with comfy bed Cooked breakfast was available, however it was cafeteria style which created a long wait in line. Also, as mentioned before, the curtain doesn’t completely black out the room as it doesn’t close fully to wall and allow overnight flood lights to come in.

We booked Springhill Flamingo Crossing on recommendation from the DCP parents group. The location can't be beat as it is right down the street from the college program apartments. Here are my pros and cons:

Pros:
1. Contactless check in was quick and easy.
2. Hot daily breakfast was plentiful and had some variety
3. Coffee was excellent

Cons:
1. Communication. The contactless checkin, although convenient, didn't give the staff the opportunity to tell us about the changes to room cleaning schedules due to COVID. There were no notice in the room either, so when our room wasn't serviced, (garbage removed, fresh towels, etc) I had to go to the desk to request it. They informed me I had to put my towels and garbage outside my room door, only there were no bags in the garbage cans. When I went down to the desk that evening, I was given fresh towels and garbage bags, so in essence I cleaned my own room. Kind of a let down. The front desk did apologize but offered no recompense.

All in all, I would probably stay here again, if just for the location, but I would make sure to touch bases with the front desk for any updates.
