I travel a lot and use different hotels throughout Florida and the US. This particular Fairfield in Orlando Airport MCO its been the most complete one in terms of comfort, cleanliness and location but what makes this one above the others is the employees, everyone is an excellent customer service oriented,friendly and professional , you may find a good comfortable well located hotel but in many cases you can’t find this group of excellent team members that makes you feel a valued guest. All the staff members were wonderful, the room was very clean, the price was excellent & location just perfect. I will definitely be staying her again.
The price was one of the lowest in the area, but it does not feel like a "budget" hotel when you walk in. The large King room was very spacious, had a pull out couch, was very clean & typically a room I would pay much higher prices for in other areas.

Hello everyone, during this hard times we are going through, this hotel chain has very reasonable prices per night. It’s located about 7 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Many restaurants in the nearby area within walking distance. Rooms are well kept and spacious, they have a small fridge and microwave inside your room and TV with regular cable channels. Staff was awesome during check in and very nice shuttle driver. No hot breakfast buffet as usually however you can pick up a breakfast bag at the front counter every morning.

This hotel is very convenient to Orlando International Airport, and there are dozens of dining options, ranging from fast food to linen tablecloth, nearby. It was VERY clean, and all staff were wearing facemasks at all times. Breakfast is plated by a staff member wearing mask, hair covering and gloves. Options are a bit more limited than BC, but still included proteins and carbs. The rooms are perfectly comfortable, but quite ordinary- just boxes with a good bed and basically no décor. Modern fixtures in the bath, with a basic fiberglass insert for the shower. But then it doesn't claim to be a ritzy resort; it is a reliably safe and comfortable place to sleep upon arrival or before departure at the airport, and it serves that purpose perfectly well for a very reasonable price.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! Even though I was only there for one night before a cruise, the staff really went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. I had a super early morning flight and got in before my travel companion (flying from the west coast) was even awake. First, I was picked up at the airport by Fernando, the shuttle driver, who was the friendliest shuttle driver ever! As I was the only person in the shuttle, he talked me through the area, pointing out restaurants and things to do since I was there so early. And, he was our super friendly shuttle driver back to the airport the next day as well. So, I arrived at the hotel before our room was ready, which I expected. The staff member at the front desk (I think it was Charlene?) was super helpful and offered a king room they did have ready that early, but as my friend and I preferred separate beds, she said they'd have one ready around noon. She helped me get connected to the wifi and said I could even avail myself of the free breakfast while I worked in the breakfast room (which is HUGE and had plenty of space for me to set up my laptop without being crowded by the other guests). While I was in the breakfast room getting some work done, John on the breakfast staff came by to check to see if I needed anything and to ask if it was okay if he ran the vacuum. He was so sweet and we had some nice little chats while he sanitized the tables. When I finished my work around 12:30pm, I checked in at the front desk, and Krystal said my room was all ready. She was also very friendly and helpful, both that day and the next when my friend and I checked out. The room itself was very nice, clean and had plenty of space. The bathroom was well appointed and we loved that the shower wasn't one of those modern ones with the stupid half wall where all the water leaks everywhere. This one had a tub with the curved shower curtain bar so you have plenty of space to move around. One teeny complaint is that the tub floor is slippery and they really should put something grippy in the bottom to help with traction. The breakfast was pretty standard continental fare, but they kept everything well stocked and clean, which was more than I can say of a lot of hotels during the pandemic. John was on top of his duties, let me tell you. And, he even helped a mother and daughter look for a lost retainer in the trash! With a smile, no less! If you need a hotel near MCO airport, you really cannot go wrong with the Fairfield.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but probably encountered the most challenging issue we had throughout our 2 week holiday to Florida. Coming off from a long haul flight and finding the Wi-Fi won't work on your phone, in this day and age at least, is a pretty big thing. I would like to commend the member of staff on the front desk for her professionalism, friendliness and problem solving attitude, which, with some perseverance, led to the resolution of the problem. She really stuck with trying to solve the problem, far beyond the efforts of staff we've dealt with at other hotels with similar issues and after a long haul flight, we very much appreciated that.
As it so happens, the rest of the experience at the Fairfield Inn was excellent too. Lovely comfy beds, well appointed rooms and a decent breakfast. It's location is fantastic too, only 4-5 minutes from Orlando International Airport and there are a number of restaurants only a short walk away for an evening meal. We couldn't really ask for anything more and will certainly stay here again if we return to Central Florida.

Seemingly a fairly new property due to the fresh nature of the furnishings, carpets and overall physical plant this is a very pleasant place to stay.
I completely understand the suspension of the breakfast buffet but the To Go bags were pretty pathetic. An orange, a muffin and a granola bar just don't get it done. This was really half-hearted at best and rather insulting at worst.
The coffee and tea service was okay. The coffee was corporate average at best.

Excellent hotel. Clean and accommodating. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. We try and stay at this location as we usually fly out early and they offer a free shuttle. Make sure you make a reservation for it. If you don't you'll probably be calling a Uber. We have never had the breakfast but I'm sure its adequate. The dining area is modern and very clean. Free tea and coffee offered as well. Great hotel.

The staff was amazing helping get a room after my flight was cancelled . As we all know, at the end of vacation we are broke. Since I wasn't expecting to stay in Florida I had to have my sister pay for the room online. The staff said all I needed was a release form filled out by my sister in order to stay in the room she paid for. This was an easy process and the staff made it seem so easy. After sitting in the airport for 3 hours waiting to fly home just for them to postpone the flight then go and cancel all together, I was exhausted and just wanted a room. When I got in my room, I laid on the bed and was out for 6 hours. Still having my feet off the bed because I didn't even take my shoes off yet. The bed was so comfortable that I was out. I did eat breakfast before even coming up to my room since it was just starting when I was checking in. The waffles were so good and the staff in the breakfast area were out there wiping things down everytime someone made breakfast for themselves. Spotless and very homely feeling. I would stay here again

This hotel was perfect - less than 10 minutes from the airport made it a perfect location since we had a late night flight in and early flight out. It was super clean and the employees were all great. The breakfast was really good - eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast/bagels, yogurt, and juices. The pool and hot tub were clean as well. There was never a time where we felt uneasy with all the Covid precautions they’ve taken. It’s also super close to tons of restaurants and bars and a Publix. Right on the highway to jump on and head to Cocoa Beach!
