I'm so happy I took a chance staying somewhere new that had no reviews. I've stayed at this hotel 2x this month and it's absolutely perfect. Due to the circumstances of Covid, the restaurant & bar are not open but there is a lovely little marketplace inside the hotel which also has a great modern coffee machine that serves up a delicious latte.
The rooms are stunning with modern and wood decor, the beds are comfortable and their is temperature controlled refrigerator inside each room. For the price, I can say this is now my Gem hotel. We were very pleased with the staff and even got some extra Cucumber Melon Bodywash soaps from the Concierge to clean our masks from using them at the park all day. This is now our designated Orlando hotel. =) Great location as well.

Modern, spacious lobby and rooms are equally as modern. Minimalistic. The bathroom has a great shower with motion activated lights upon entering. The beds were pillow-top with ample blankets. Clean, clean, clean. I took one star off since the Grab n Go breakfast was subpar for a Wyndham Garden hotel. Fruit, muffins, and yogurt no beverages. We went to a Wyndham Garden hotel in Philadelphia PA where there were sausage and biscuits to warm up, and pancakes. They were prepackaged where the patrons had to warm them up in the microwave but appreciate the variety.

I originally only planned on staying for 2 days but the room was so nice, the parking free and convenients, the food, service & price top-notch that I extended my stay for another 4 days.
Staff super friendly and helpful. They would spend time with you and made sure you received the help you were requesting.
The rooms had automatic lights and a bathroom door that somehow shut itself. It was very clean and I really liked the Hardwood floors. Shower looked brand new. The TV was a nice big size.
The price through AARP was affordable compared to all the VRBO's and B&B's out there with their outragious cleaning charges.
I will stay there again the next time I go down to FL to visit my son!

We stayed at the hotel for a week, location wise it was ideal for us going to the universal parks. But be aware that there is no shuttle to/from the Universal parks and the hotel, nor is there any public transport. We ended up walking (roughly 30 mins) or getting a Lyft, the walk probably wouldn’t be feasible in the heat with kiddos so worth factoring this in.
There is an iHop next to the hotel, which was ideal for breakfast before hitting the parks and also a Walgreens so we could pick up cheaper water & snacks.
Our main issue with the hotel was getting the room cleaned, we checked in and were told that our room would be cleaned every 3 days as per the hotel policy. By day 3 we were looking forward to the room being cleaned as the bed needed changed, bins needed emptied and we needed fresh towels, however despite us being out from 7.40am until almost 11pm that day, the room had not been done upon our return. We spoke to Liz at reception and were told that we still had to request the room to be cleaned on day 3, despite being told the room would be cleaned. This was not what we were told upon check in, we were aware that we could request extra towels if required but at no point were we told that we had to request any room cleans. At this point we asked for our room to be cleaned every day for the rest of our stay (days 4,5 & 6) which Liz said she would action. Our room was cleaned on day 4.
Day 5 we had the same issue and the room had not been cleaned. We went back to reception and again spoke to Liz and asked to ensure our room was cleaned the next again day (day 6) because we expected it to have been done today.
When customers are paying >$100 per night I don’t think it is ridiculous to expect regular room cleans, and certainly I don’t think it is acceptable that guests have to request any time they would like a room to be cleaned.
The hotel was fine, but the service was a real let down hence the score

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming, and made me feel super comfortable during my entire stay. The check-in and out process was very easy and upon arrival, I was given a mini bottle of sanitizer along with a mini sanitary wipe. The room, along with the sheets, were nice and clean. The shower was clean however, there was some type of stain that would not come out of the flooring. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenience of it being close to Universal Studios. I will be staying here again in the future!

My family and I came here for our vacation and we had a great experience starting at the front desk. We arrived the evening of December 26 and the hostess was amazing very friendly and respectful she was even from New York City like us sorry I can’t remember her name. They have a great selection of items to buy at the shop even beer. They also had a bar but I don’t think it was open i never saw anyone behind the counter. They have a huge dining area so you can bring your own food from outside and eat it there. It says free breakfast but that just consist of free muffins, yogurt and coffee, however there is a Denny’s next door to hotel and plenty of places nearby to eat. The hotel has a pool not quite big so we didn’t get a chance to use it. There is a nice little laundry room make sure you have quarters the front desk might give you I’m not sure I had my own. The room was nice and updated and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel !

Every staff member I met was so so kind and helpful. Our room was a one bed king sized and it was so so comfortable cozy and modern. Although confusing at first the lighting was so awesome. The waterfall shower was huge and amazing and the room was so perfect for our couples stay. The room did not include a microwave which would’ve been great to have but it’s not the end of the world. The location is great, a couple restaurants and a Walgreens for snacks and anything else you might need within walking distance and universal is a ten dollar u er ride away. The facilities are so modern and value was so great. The pool is a small salt water pool which was nice but not somewhere I’d bring a family of five, which really isn’t a negative. It’s more of a couples that don’t get a resort hotel or a business trip. I’ve stayed in way worse hotels that have been more expensive and it’s a shining star above the hotels around it. Did I mention how kind and helpful the service was. All in all it’s a great place for great value and a fantastic king bed room at least I can’t speak for the other kinds of rooms

Nice clean Hotel with plenty of eating options around the area. I’ve stayed here twice in the last 8 months. Pool is clean and heated. We used the gym plenty of times and never was too crowded. I personally don’t like the Bedroom layout it’s awkward with the sink outside and no door to close and if you’re an early bird it’s an issue. Had to use cell light so as not to wake up family when washing my face and brushing my teeth. Also there’s no Free breakfast but at least parking is Free, lately lots of other hotels are charging a fee. I recommend it but it’s the last time for me.

Best vacation ever! As soon as my husband and I arrived to the hotel, Tina was extremely helpful and accommodating. She helped us check in and even arranged the upgrade they had called us for given the changes of our room. We first had a double queen size bed room- very spacious, beautiful, and very clean too. For the upgrade- it was charged on the second night- we had a King bedroom with a seating area! We absolutely loved it! So much room and so clean! Tina was amazing! She called me to make the room changes and just all around helpful concierge. The day that the cleaning was done in the room they forgot to leave us with towels and we called up Tina and she came right up to our room with fresh, clean, warm towels. Absolutely best birthday trip ever! Tina made sure my husband’s birthday was just perfect! Thank you Tina!! We’ll definitely stay again at the Wyndham Garden! 🤩🤩🤩
