After reading some of the horror reviws i was already pricing alternative hotels. Pleasantly surprised. On arrival check in was quick and easy. We had a room on third floor of block 1. Room could probably do with an update but was spacious and clean on arrival. We had a 2 bedroom, 1 with a double that was quite comfortable, the 2nd had 2 singles and a pull out sofa in the lounge/ kitchen area. Can't attest to its comfort as was not used. Kitchen has a double ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher all perfectly servicable. Room was cleaned to good standard whenever requested by hanging the sign out. The pool was fine and cleaned of tree debris every morning hot tub was also fine when i used it. All staff that i had any interaction were both polite and happy to assist. WI FI was a bit slow at times but not the end of the world. Thw free cold breakfast consisted of the usual toast, cerial, fruit salad, yoghurt, bageks, donuts, hot drinks and juice. You can upgrade to a hot for $7 if you wish. All in all a good stay and id happily stay again.

Now that Christmas and New Year celebrations are over my husband and I are so looking forward to our month stay at the end of April. This will be our fifth stay. Our last was with our Granddaughter for 2 weeks last year from 30th July 2019.
After being held up for some time at the airport because of the weather it was lovely to be greeted by Vera at the hotel entrance on arrival. Check in was quick and when we got to our room we were thrilled. Our granddaughter was delighted with the wrap around balcony and fabulous views. On drier evenings (we were unlucky with the rain) we watched the Park fireworks and took in the vistas. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. As ever the kitchen, dining area and lounge was handy for use on return from the parks and on rainy days. Staff were friendly as usual and when housekeeping cleaned our room they lined up our Granddaughter’s cuddly toys which was a lovely touch. Both pools were as warm as a bath and there were plenty of sun beds and shaded tables available. We did not have time to use the indoor pool or the gym. We all enjoyed the cooked breakfast and our granddaughter enjoyed making her own Mickey waffles. The dining area was newly refurbished. We ate at the hotel twice in the evening and enjoyed the meals especially the fries. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have loved to have stayed longer. Can’t wait to go back.

Just returned after a 2 week family holiday based at the enclave suites (family of 5 kids age 18,12,5).

Check in was easy they hold $50 on your card for any damages .

The place itself looks well kept from the outside could do with a little updating here and there in side as starting to look a little tired .

But if like us your out from 7:30am-8:30pm it’s a good base.
When we booked this hotel it offered a hot buffet breakfast but since covid this has changed they now offer a grab bag to certain guests . We booked with Ocean Florida using Virgin .
We had worried about this as this was one of the main reasons we booked for the breakfast included . But the bags were great and satisfied all in our party .

Bags include :
Bagel with Butter and a random Jelly.
Either a Muffin or Danish
Apple
Carton Of Orange Juice

They have free Coffee and Tea with this meal so help yourself.
Cutlery and plates available and a toaster for the bagel .

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in building 3 .

Decent apartment 2 single beds with an en suite , sofa bed in living area with kitchen and table and chairs
And a good size double bed again with en-suite .

Balcony with chairs (we didn’t use as we were out all the time)

The pools are good , choice of 2 both with ample sun loungers and hot tubs.
Pizza Hut is no longer on site but The Market Place pub on site is a bonus , food is good and good portions .
Carlos behind the bar made sure everything was perfect .

Location is fantastic , we used the LYFT app (Uber) to get around and the Disney Parks are $30 each way and Universal is $11 each way .

The hotel do supply a complimentary shuttle to universal which each party are entitled to use twice a week during their stay.
We found it easier to get a Cab. .

A supermarket across the road and international drive is on your door step .

5-10 minute walk to McDonald’s and Denny’s

Overall a good and pleasant stay at the enclave , would recommend to anyone for location and value for money

And didn’t see a single cockroach 😂

Arrived back from a two week stay at the Enclave yesterday😢 Check In and out both went smoothly and we were always treated with a smile. It’s situated in a ideal location next to I-Drive and close to a lot of restaurants.
The Room we had was a 2 bedroom superior booked through Virgin and it was great; clean and ideal as a base. The rooms were cleaned as and when we needed it to be, along with fresh towels.
Loved going to breakfast and seeing Burnett, Tabitha and Tyrell, my cheeks hurt from laughing so much, but what a fab way to start the day. We didn’t see much of Enrique this time as the hotel have taken away the freshly cooked Omelettes which were awesome and healthy, so we were all very disappointed by this. Derek never failed to make us smile with his hugs when we went for food in the evening and he kept smiling all the time, even when a full tray of champagne was knocked off his tray 🙈( Sorry again Derek)
As a family of 5 we got the Enclave refill mugs which saved us a fortune and kept my kids happy at the same time.
The Market Place Bar is a welcome addition to the hotel that we loved going to as we met some wonderful people. Brandon the Barman was such a lovely man ( the better of the two barmen) who we could have a laugh with in a fab atmosphere; nothing was too much trouble for him and it didn’t take long to be served at all. The second barman Brany always played the music far too loud and he told us it couldn’t be turned down. I spoke with David the Food and Beverage supervisor who dealt with the situation, and it was turned down. When Brany is on the bar he insist you open a tab and it takes ages to get served; over 25 mins one night and the bar wasn’t that busy 😞 He also couldn’t remember what we drank so we could pay. Take everything he says with a punch of salt at the same time, as a lot of the time it’s a ploy to get more Tips. Don’t let this stop you from going to the Market Place Bar as Brandon more than makes up for Branys down fall. The food at the bar was also great and not small portions either. The 3 swimming pools at the hotel are a lovely size and kept the kids entertained for hours with fresh towels provided for when you swim.
I really can’t speak highly enough of the staff at the Enclave, they make us want to return as soon as we have left. As I said we left yesterday and today We went and booked to go again in 2021, so we are back on the count down AGAIN.

We stayed in December as part of a Virgin holidays package. We’d booked a superior studio as part of our package. The room we were allocated was lovely and large with the promised updated appliances etc.
The bathroom was on the small side but to be fair how long do you use a bathroom for!
It was clean.
We did encounter a problem with the air conditioning and spoke to reception and we were offered a move straight away to a 2 bed room on a standard basis. I asked if I could see it before we decided and was immediately escorted to see the room we could have.
This room was lovely. Yes the room was a little dated but it was scrupulously clean and having the extra space was a great bonus.

The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Our rooms were clean whenever we requested by hanging the label on the outside of the room door. Often the housekeeper would knock on the door if we were in to offer extra sheets and towels if we wanted them on the days we didn’t want our rooms cleaned.

We had the free hot breakfast as part of our package and this was lovely! Enough choice to not get bored as the choices changed daily but there was always mickey waffles that you could make every day.
All in all we had a lovely two week stay and would definitely stay again. No it’s not the ritz but it’s clean and tidy and staff go out of their way to help if you do encounter problems.

I’ll start with the good bits, the hotel is in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and activities and only a five minute drive from Universal Studios with free hotel shuttle bus. The breakfast is pretty good too with plenty of hot and continental choices. The majority of staff are helpful and friendly. Ok the bad...they don’t seem to want to clean the rooms properly during your stay, we put the “please clean my room” sign on the door and came back to the bed being made up (which tricks your mind into thinking the room was given a full clean), however after a few times we noticed that the cola stain that we had made on the bed sheets was still there after about three “cleans”. Also we noticed that the room appeared to getting dustier as time went on, causing my wife’s asthma to flare up and my nose becoming completely blocked in the second week. We also had black mould in between the tiles in our shower (see picture), we complained to Virgin Holidays and they sent a rep and a hotel receptionist to take a look. They said the mould was just the tile colouring, if it was colouring why did it wiggle when touched!? They also said that dust from the air conditioner was normal in Florida, lol what!? I’ve stayed in 10’s of hotels in hot countries and never had dusty air conditioning. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star service just a clean room with basic facilities, is that too much to ask after spending £3500? Overall I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend that you do either.

We had a room for six with supplies for 2. We asked over 5x never got towels, bedding, toilet paper etc... asked to clean our room over a period of 5 days never did once. We had to buy our own toilet paper.

Management staff at front was rude. Rooms were dirty. Beds are older than me! Springs coming through complete junk. Microwave older than Me. Don’t waste your time.

Thank you Vera, and all your welcoming staff at The Enclave who make guests feel like it's home from home!
The Suites have been upgraded and yes, there has been construction work going on but as we have been out everyday this hasn't affected us in the slightest. ( You can't make an omelette without breaking an egg etc)!
We had a peep at one of the newest suites and it looked sensational ...complete with plantation shutters!
My only hope is that it doesn't leave our price range as the Enclave has always offered great value for money, especially as it includes breakfast. This was one of the first hotels to do this and I've been visiting Orlando since the late 1990's!
This is our 8th visit and once again Orlando and all it offers has never disappointed!
We have been here Jan 6th - Jan 20th and even the weather has broken records for hitting 86f on a few days. Not bad for winter sun!!!
We will be sad to leave today but hope to visit again late in the year or at least next January.
Until then, a big shout out to Bernette and her team in the Marketplace Diner and Bertha and her co-workers from housekeeping, and of course, Vera the Manager, who is the glue that holds this fab team together. Staff have worked here 20 years or more so therefore management must be treating them right and it shines through to the guests.
Thank you from Carol and Leslie Skitt from Blackpool, England.
We stayed in room 9106 and it was excellent with views from our balcony that were so lovely to wake up to everyday xxxxxxx

I just checked out of this resort today. I booked it for two days before our timeshare was ready and I unfortunately have it booked for two days after. I have been to Resorts that are under construction but this is just ridiculous. Every morning at 7:45 AM I was awoken to a Skil saw being used right below my balcony. The noise was loud and consistent all day. I booked this through Airbnb so unfortunately I can’t cancel my return visit because I will get no refund besides the cleaning fee. When I woke up in the morning there was no coffee stocked in the room. They were fortunate enough to leave me coffee filters though. Also the resort treats guests that book through Airbnb as second class citizens. You will get a cheaper price booking through Airbnb but you are not allowed to eat at the continental breakfast without paying a fee. All in all, I regret my decision booking this resort.

Dear Private AirBNB Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review. We are sorry to see you had a disappointing stay. Unfortunately it appears you booked directly with an owner that privately manages their unit and did not stay in one of the rooms that we manage, and as a result we were unaware of the issues you experienced. We hope that you might consider booking with us in the future so that we can provide you with a better experience on your next visit to Orlando. Sincerely, Ivena - Guest Service Coordinator

We have just returned from our 9th stay at the Enclave Suites and it was amazing. Received prompt response and support while booking direct
From the moment we arrived, all the staff made you feel so welcome and can’t do enough to help.
Steps have been taken to keep both staff and guests safe in dace masks, hand sanitizer stations throughout the buildings, social distancing and increased cleaning. After a long journey we were greeted at reception receiving who confirmed the studio room we were allocated in block 1c, arranged the safe hire and confirmed the $75 refundable incidental deposit that would just be placed as a hold on your account rather than a deduction. The rooms are very spacious . The studio room located on floor 9 came with a queen bed, a sofa bed , bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. the rooms are cleaned every 4 days as per covid guidelines and you are required to vacate the room for the cleaning crew to be able to complete the task. You can opted to the cleaner attending and clean towels , bedding can be provided for your stay.
The hotel has 2 good sized pools outside and a 24hr indoor pool. All 3 have Jacuzzi’s where you can relax after a long day at the parks or picking up a bargain.
A free breakfast is served in the form of a grab bag pending on your booking (check with your travel agent ) There is a market place on site where you buy pizza, chicken tenders and wings, subs, salads, burgers , hot dogs and more. Loved the chicken tenders . A market place shop and pub. Thank you Jaime your margarita were amazing
The location of the hotel is ideal, very central on International Drive with many bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and parks are very close.
I must give a special thanks to all the staff who went out of their way to make out trip a memorable one but especially Jamie, the bar man, TJ I the breakfast room, Alberto, Richard , Michael and Jose in the market place restaurant, Elvis and chip in reception and Sandy
We will definitely be returning in June and looking forward to spending 4th July at your hotel

Just come back, the safe is chargeable at $1 dollar per day. The maids came in every 3 days. With fresh towels and clean bedding. If you need towels more often then get in touch with reception. They do not offer pool towels anymore.
