This hotel is small but it really have some great amenities. It's not what we're used to staying esp for a 7 days/8 night trip but we wanted a hotel that is across from Universal Parks. We got the 1 Studio Kitchen Suite with 2 QN beds plus a sofa bed. It was perfect for a family of 4, plenty of space. I was very impressed with the way the room was set up. It had a full kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a garbage disposal with all your kitchen needs: pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, coffee maker, etc. The housekeeping service was quick to provide you with whatever it is that you need. Breakfast was okay. I would prefer to have an omelet station instead of just scrambled eggs (which was sometimes cold). Pool is small but the hotel in itself is small. All the staff are very friendly. Food/drinks at the H-Bar was good. This location is convenient enough to restaurants, liquor stores, pharmacies, etc so you can just drive to them. Overall, we like this hotel and would consider going back.

We chose this hotel because it had a full kitchen in a 1BR suite within a five to ten minute drive of the Rosen Aquatics Center on International Drive. We needed a "home away from home" for a week, and this was exactly what we needed. It's a great location, has a nice pool area adjacent to the bar, a large common area near the lobby for breakfast (or you can take breakfast to your room), and free parking. The room was incredible. Huge kitchen area with a large island that both served as a dinner table and a workspace for remote work. There is a full-size refrigerator, an electric cooktop, and the most powerful microwave oven I've ever used. The sink is somewhat small but has a disposal. There's plenty of cabinet space, too. There were just enough plates, glasses, cups, silverware, and utensils. It could use better pots and pans, but overall the kitchen was just what we needed to make most of our meals for a full week's stay. has 3 large TVs, all equipped with Chromecast. We we able to stream all events at the aquatic center on the TVs. The living area has a large, comfortable sectional with very sleepable sofa bed, side tables, and a chair. The bedroom's queen beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was very large and in good condition. The room was immaculately clean, and the staff was absolutely superb. Would definitely choose this hotel again for swimming events at the Rosen Aquatics Center or for a visit to Universal.

I had no idea just how close we would be to Universal Studios when we booked this room, and I'm so pleased that we stayed here! The room was pretty clean, and the extras like dishwasher, dishes, microwave and fridge were very nice for a family. The buffet breakfast was ok, could have used bacon, because the sausage looked gnarly but other than that, the selection was pretty good and they even included gloves with which to get your food (most people didn't use them). There was a nice bar in the evening, and at 2am when I had to pick up my sons from Halloween Horror Nights, it was literally a 5 minute drive. There were complimentary cookies (individually wrapped) and PPE kits with masks and hand sanitizer at the desk. I thought that was a really nice touch. I would recommend that you bring your own shampoo, the shampoo was barely more than soap and the conditioner as well. Other than that, I have no complaints. The overall property was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Nice modern and quiet room in general (well noise insulated ot the outside), but there's a very noisy AC windows unit. It's not directly built into the window, but right on the side and horribly loud. Like a truck rolling through your room every 5 minutes for about 3 minutes when running.
We paid for 5 persons, but only got 3 full size towels and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days. Horrible. The door to the bathroom didn't lock and was actually broken. There's no exhaust fan in the toilet and no toilet brush and not much water flowing (good luck if spending your honeymoon here ....).
There are only about 2 hangers for towels. So where to dry 6 towels for the next day? Oh I forgot you won't get 6 towels .. lol ... problem solved. If you love to dry up with wet towels that's the hotel for you.
The location is in good walking distance (20 min) to Universal but also has a shuttle, but is almost useless because of very limited connections.
Hotel room was large, but not much space to storage items. Kitchen seems to be fully usable, but we did not use it.
There are 2 large TV's but very slow ones. Don't expect to bring your console and play games - won't work.
Room has only 2 mirrors. A sink right outside of the shower with a mirror would have been a huge relieve and upgrade to this room to allow for two person using the bath at the same time.
Breakfast smells like soaked and heated up mix of plastic and cardboard. Zero taste - no matter what it is. Cereal is OK though despite only having low fat and 2% milk. Eggs are nice too.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel lobby, dining area, bar, and outdoor pool area are quite nice. If you want to get on the bus to universal studios make sure you call way in advance and make reservations. Disappointed in our room and the lack of towels, blankets, and essentials. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds and it came with two towels and sheets for the bedding. Why the hotel’s manager feels that children shouldn’t need blankets or a comforter is beyond me! Also the pull out sofa bed didn’t have any bedding.

I really wish I took pics but honestly I was so in love with my hotel I forgot. We usually stay at the Hyatt Place Lake Buena Vista but for these dates it was considerably more expensive. So we chose to stay an extra 10 minutes away from Disney and LOVED it. I have only stayed at Hyatt House once before in upstate New York. Let me tell you, it will be hard to stay elsewhere. We got the Queen Studio Suite, which was about 528sq ft and amazing. Workable kitchen with dishwasher, stove, good size fridge, disposal, plates and utensils. Big countertop with work station, two TV's, excellent bathroom, great seating area, just an amazing room. If you have kids...Hyatt House is the place. The breakfast and coffee was very good with a few exceptions but anyone can find something. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. If someone didn't like their job, you would never know! The bar area and extended patio seating is very welcoming. You're about 20 minutes from the Disney Parks and across from Universal. We have a toddler so it's all Disney for us. We usually stay closer to Disney but this was 100% worth it. You are also about a 2 minute drive to the premium outlet and soooo many restaurants. I have been a Hyatt Member for a number of years and will soon becoming a card member because I am 100% loyal at this time. I have stayed at Hyatt's all over from New York, including the City to Key West and they are honestly one of the best brands out there. The style of hotel is 3.5-4 star and the value is amazing and affordable.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms - I stayed in a one bedroom suite with full kitchen & living room/sofabed. Suite was immaculately clean, but I still wiped down everything with disinfecting wipes (sprayed Lysol on beds & washed kitchen utensils before using them) as an extra precaution. The hotel had robust COVID-19 & social distancing protocols, so I was worry free and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Although the option to pick up breakfast downstairs was available, we chose to cook our own which was better as we were trying to limit going out to common areas. Will definitely stay again.

On the left side of the lobby a large room where breakfast is served extremely clean lots of seating excellent food choices.
On the right side computers for guest use comfortably seating and good side shopping for food, drinks, and snacks.
The room was incredible small kitchen entrance to two queen size beds on one side a couch on the other separated by wall with two tv’s one on each side.

I would definitely be returning to this hotel. I had paid for an guranteed early check in at 11am, but ended up arriving at the hotel at 9am. The front desk were very kind and helpful. Since my room was available, they were able to assist me with getting in earlier.
Also, everything was so clean. The elevators had markers to make sure you're socially distanced and there was hand sanitizer stations.
Our room was the suite with a kitchen. Looks exactly like the photos. It was so big and convenient for our stay.
Breakfast was grab n go, which I really liked.
The distance was perfect from the parks. Less than 5 minutes drive (we did Lyft). I am recommending this place for my family and friends.

Two stars only because of great location. My main concern is cleanliness! It's not even COVID related but general housekeeping! The toilet seat was dirty, the shower had hair on walls. Like seriously??? Thanks god I had huge pack of strong alcohol wipes, so I cleaned everything myself including tv remote and other touchable surfaces. I didn't even bother to change the room, I assume if housekeepers do that type of 'light" cleaning... it will be something in every room. Not gonna stay here again.

We didn't have a security deposit.
They have it all.
Not sure...I would check with the front desk. There is a concierge there.
The hotel provides shuttle service to Universal Studios only. You have to schedule it with the people around the corner from the elevators. No shuttle service to the airport or Disney. Disney is about a 20 min drive from the hotel.
