First time staying and definitely won��t be the last. Truly enjoyed our get away and staying here was stress free. Gated community. Grounds immaculately kept. In a very peaceful and quiet area.
Checking in was easy, unit easy to find. It was very spacious, private and did not hear neighbors at all. WiFi and cable worked perfectly. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Beds were firm and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen equipped with a blender, dishes, cookware and regular coffee maker (no Keurig) and one morning’s worth of coffee. However a quick walk to the front office and there is complimentary coffee, espresso, tea and hot chocolate. Free DVD rentals from the front office, unfortunately, the machine wasn’t working when we tried.
Furniture in house was comfortable. A couple of bumps and bruises on them, but just normal wear from use. Water pressure In bathrooms excellent. I’m tall and shower head was perfect for a tall person. Kitchen sink had issues with water getting hot, however, all dishes went in dishwasher which cleaned them well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Grocery store is Less than a 5 minute drive. Loved the patio table and chairs on the back porch, it would have been sweet to also have a small set off the master bedroom porch.
Definitely need to have a car to stay here, as it is a bit of a distance from the parks. However, truly not an inconvenience at all to have those few extra minutes of drive time for the peace and quiet you will experience staying here. Absolutely recommend.

Stayed this weekend with my family. We got 2 rooms/apts. Rooms are nice, clean, super spacious BUT need updating! One room had tv’s my grandparents had at their home, unable to get a good image they were so outdated, the other room had nice flat screen tv’s. The beds not very comfortable, springs on the mattresses can be felt. Except for one of the twin beds in one room had like a memory foam cover and you can feel the springs less. The living room furniture outdated as well. Overall for the price you cant beat it, they are super spacious and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. GHrocery store near by and some places to eat as well. Close to highway and attractions. I would stay here again just hopefully the unit we get assigned too are a bit more up to date and beds are less uncomfortable.

My family and I loved this place, so worth it! Staff is nice, pleasant, the place is quiet, spacious and away from nonsense. I like that they go out of their way to provide good service and make you feel comfortable during your stay no matter how many times you ask for something. Thank you!

My family have rented at Caribe Cove aroun 3 times and never regretted it. The prices to rent are way less than at the theme parks and you get so much more,however no maid service.The condos come equipped , two or three bedrooms, washer and dryers.screened in deck as well as two or three baths.Shopping is close by ,as well as eating places. Disney is a manageble drive while Universal and Sea world are a bit further.

We stayed here for 6 weeks while I did some work in the area. The layout was great, close to everything, but we had issues with several appliances not working and the beds being broken.
The real issue is after our stay. We forgot an work ipad, we’re happy to pay the fee to mail it back, but they blew us off and said dheh didn’t find it. We tracked it back to the resort, but now the phone line is dead. We also had a shipment of diapers accidentally shipped their, and were again happy to pay a fee to have them sent back to us. For a week the phones have been disconnected, with no way to contact the resort. I emailed Vacasa, nothing. Finally left a comment on their Facebook and they messaged me that they would reach out to the resort, but could not give me a number. I had literally called a week earlier, but now they have disconnected all phone lines and will not let me speak directly to the front desk. Now we have a few hundred dollars of items sitting their and have not heard anything. It’s a cheap stay, but there is something a little sketchy when you try to reach literally anyone.

We stayed here for 3 nights in December. The grounds were kept nice and the condo was spacious. The pool area was nicely kept and the movie rental was a nice touch. The front desk staff was excellent. However, the condo itself was not the cleanest. Both toliets were dirty, the bathroom floor was filthy, the bedroom windows were dirty, the bathroom ceiling had a layer of dust you could see, the ceiling fans had a visible layer of dust, and the microwave had food in it. This condo also needed some maintenance/upgrading. There were a few large stains in the carpet, the door latch was falling off, the blinds were missing slats, the bathroom vanity had a crack all the way through the wood, and the appliances were very worn. I would not be complaining, but I paid a cleaning fee in addition to the resort fee. Also, this establishment is listed as a 4 star hotel, which from what I saw is not.

We were comfortable, felt safe, REALLY enjoyed all of the space, and it was the perfect spot to call home for 11 nights. We will definitely be back. EXCELLENT location about 10 minute drive from Animal Kingdom.

I booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for our last trip de Disney. I used to stay at Marriott Grande Vista but decided to give this one a chance since the apartment was larger and the such a great price! I was not disappointed at all. I loved the fact that it was super clean! The kitchen is huge, king bed was perfect. It is not new, burlt everything works perfectly and, again, really clean. 20 minutes by car to Magic Kingdom. I strongly recommend this hotel! I stayed in building 1

We stay in Bldg 2. Unit 103. We loved their new upgrades : new flooring and counter tops. We love that it is ground level and very close to the pool. In January the pool water was nice and warm. We have already scheduled our return trip. We love the resort amenities with it not being too crowded.

This is an awesome location! It is a short drive to all Disney parks and Sea World. Extremely clean rooms, private, and spacious. Nice club-house and pool area. Great security with checkpoint entrance and exit. A great family-friendly place. Highly Recommended!

You are correct, there is no smoking within the units. However we do have designated smoking areas through the property for our guests.
Each patio is private with its on screened in enclosure.
There are more places to choose from in the Kissimmee area.
