Vistana Beach Club is the perfect getaway resort, featuring stylish two-bedroom villa accommodations and just-like-home amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, in-villa washer/dryers, spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and private bedroom access. Star ratings are intended to indicate the general level of features, amenities, and services to expect. This property is classified according to Giata.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Don’t let my “Average” rating steer you away; this is a good location (which is what 3 dots should represent) “Excellent” ratings should be reserved for luxury accommodations, and “Very Good” should mean there’s something unique about it. This is a perfectly adequate property with nice accommodations for either couples or families of 5 or less. Rooms are clean with simple decor. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes either direction, however, note this is a rather unlively section of the coast that is dominated by local retirees and dated timeshare. The pool is a bit undersized and parking is very limited but at least it’s included in the price. The beach line is good and clean. If you want whiter sand and a clearer ocean you’ll want to go about 30 miles south. You can walk to Surfside Grill that has the best mod-range prices for delicious food

Thank you for the business and feedback. Glad you enjoyed our property and visited Surfside. Our Oceanside resort is quite and relaxing, and our owners are so loyal and we love this time of year. We wish you all the best and hope you visit again.

We are a timeshare owner with Vistana and traded ours for this destination. This is not a resort like we were used to from Vistana. This was more like a motel in most aspects. When you arrive, the first building is not where you register, go around back to the second building. The ‘lobby’ has two chairs and that is it. The check in area is enclosed (where they sit), you talk thru a plexiglass (due to COVID), and check in. Diana and Elena (names could be spelled wrong) were lovely when we checked in. Our room faced the ocean, VERY CLEAN, kitchen, dining area to sit 6 people, living room with pullout couch, huge balcony with a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise loungers, ‘kids’ room with 2 twin beds that faced the main walkway, jack and Jill bathroom, and a master bedroom. The ‘kids’ bathroom, closest to the twin beds, had a shower and the master bathroom had a tub. (Found that odd, adults need shower and kids typically a tub.) Linens were soft and comfy, towels were luxurious, and beds firm yet comfortable. The pool is small for the number of people. We never had trouble finding a chair though. Pool is sandwiched between the two buildings. Not much to the place, parking lots, two buildings, pool, walkway to beach. Perfect for a family of 4 - 6. Do NOT get the rooms are floor 2 in either building, one is too close to the pool, hours 9 AM - 10 PM, the other building floor 2 overlooks the sea grapes. Nothing like their other resorts that we have been to. This one is Very plain Jane.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights with my brother and his wife. They got the second bedroom with the two twin beds, lol. I titled this better than I imagined because often resorts look better in the pictures then they do in reality. In this case the resort is just as pretty as pictured, if not prettier. We stayed on the 5th floor of the front building. I believe owners are placed in the front building. Check in was a little confusing because we didn't follow the signs and went into the back building looking for the front desk. Other than that check in was smooth and easy. The staff was friendly and followed Covid guidelines. The lobby was clean and had plexiglass. There are luggage carts and covered parking. Our room was clean and well furnished. The front building has sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom. The back building only has a balcony off the living room. Our room had everything we needed except a washer and dryer. There are common washers and dryers on each floor of the front building, closest to the beach. The back building rooms have washers and dryers in them as well as jacuzzi tubs. The resort has beach access and a pool. There is a guy who rents clamshell style shades and loungers. He is quite the character... The location is somewhat secluded and not a lot of traffic. There are several restaurants nearby and grocery and liquor stores. Had we stayed longer or still had little kids we may have prioritized having a washer and dryer in the room but sleeping with the slider open listening to the surf, and waking up to the sunrise was the best part of our stay. I highly recommend this resort and plan on staying again.

My family booked this location on the Marriott app and were excited about the view that is highlighted in the gallery photos. We arrived late in the evening and were placed on the second floor. We were surprised to discover the next morning that only floors 4 through 6 can see the ocean. Floor 2 looks at a giant berm of sand and shrubs (see photo). The second floor is ground level on the ocean side and you can walk right up to the back patio. No problem if your doors lock, but not great when they don’t (see photo). After many phone calls and hours of lost vacation time we were eventually moved to a room with a view. Bonvoy members, especially those with status, need to know this isn’t a hotel. You can spend hundred of nights in a Marriott a year and this location doesn’t recognize that. They are concerned about their “owners” and initially told me I should be happy I could hear the ocean.
Since my visit I have been trying to recoup some of my points due to the first day being a mess. Still nothing.
Marriott needs to drop these non-hotel properties from general searches or make it very clear where Bonvoy members are second class citizens so we understand what to expect.
This location should disclose a large percentage of rooms have no view. At a minimum, they should have doors that lock.

We've been here several times. The units are well maintained and were recently renovated. This is a great family place. The beach is nice and plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Only two annoying things:
1. 5 am and the garbage truck came for quite awhile. VERY LOUD! I imagine it woke everyone up. Hopefully that won't happen tomorrow morning.
2. We went out to walk early(since we were woken up) and a very large amount of chairs and tables by the pool already had towels on them. That should be addressed by management.

When we got to Vistana Beach Club it was raining more like flooding, water was ankle deep. We checked in, on the third floor. WOW ! The room was great overlooking the beach. The bedrooms are nice, with 2 bathrooms. We brought our food so the kitchen was well used with everything we needed or would need. We had asked for a late check out the night before, the man at the counter was not very nice and said no. the next morning I went down to ask for late check out the lady at the counter was Elema Gordeuk (spelling) She said they could not do late check out they had been all taken, I told her we had come down the night before and told her about the man from the night before, She was nice enough to give us an extra hour. Thank you again Elena Gordeuk (spelling). We wanted a last walk on the beach. The Vistana is a Wonderful place to stay.

Since our last visit 4 years ago, the inside condo décor & furniture has been updated and is truly beautiful. The artwork alone is stunning. There is also new furniture that is pretty & very functional (ie-self closing drawers for bedroom furniture). Both night stands had an outlet combo with 2 electrical outlets and 2 USB charging ports facing the bed. The white bedding is beautiful, clean & appears new as well.
The outside landscape was immaculate & the wooden walkway cleaned daily.
As an unexpected surprise, we didn’t have to worry about cleaning the outside gas grill before we used it (there are four located just out the side door of the beachfront units). In fact, I thought the grills were brand new & had never been used. After one days stay, we realized the staff comes each morning & does a thorough cleaning. Wow! Thanks to the staff.
The front desk staff along with all supporting personnel went above and beyond with their helpful & friendly disposition. I called a week before our arrival to confirm our stay & spoke with Michael. He is truly a welcoming soul & when I met him personally, I could tell he was genuinely happy with meeting & helping us have a great stay. There were other personnel that went out of their way to give us directions or information, but I’m afraid I can’t remember their names specifically.
For those of you who do not want to carry beach chairs and umbrellas there is a private company that sets out both in front of the resort at about 8AM and puts them up at about 5PM for a cost of $20.00 per day for 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella.
In summary, after having timeshare condo experiences for over 35 years, this resort and its personnel are by far the BEST of any resort we have ever stayed. I cannot emphasize enough how good this resort is and we hope we can come again next year.

We were two couples, sharing the accommodation and it was just what we had hoped for. Two bedrooms and two separate large bathrooms made it really easy and convenient. It was spotlessly clean and had been refurbished not too long ago; although some corner-cutting was noticed here and there. The open ocean view was superb. The beach is sandy and well tended and the staff were friendly. There only being one elevator, which only allowed minimal occupancy, due to COVID was a pain, but not their fault. Would definitely come again.

This spot is a hidden gem - the beach is clean, water is beautiful, and you really have everything you need...without the crowds. There are groceries and restaurant options right on the island, and even more just over the bridges in Jensen Beach and Stuart. Rooms are adequate and equipped (so nice to have in-unit laundry). Pssst, you need to get coffee from the front desk. Pool and activity area offers options for kids and other guests are friendly. Staff members were very kind and responsive! Marty, who manages beach chairs and umbrellas, was super. Pricing is reasonable compared to other beach areas and he even brought us aloe from his home after my kids got a bit too much sun. This is not an upscale resort & spa but that's what makes it just right for families with kids who want easy access to the beach and space to spread out.

This place is not doing proper cleaning in respect to COVID-19. We entered our room. None of the furniture had been wiped down in a very long time. Dust was thick. Hair in clean towels. Hair on bathroom floors. We luckily brought Clorox wipes and Lysol. We cleaned everything down ourselves. When I asked for clean towels I was told by the front desk to wash them in our washer. You could only fit 4 towels in a load. Took hours to dry. I don’t go away to do my own laundry. Nobody washes down the pool chairs and tables. This should be standard cleaning during this time. I live in a HOA and we hire people to wash down the chairs in between uses. Have been going there forever and will certainly look for something else. Sucked.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights with my brother and his wife, at the end of January. We are owners at Vistana Resorts Orlando.
The front building (closest) to the beach does not have a washer or dryer in the room. The back building (further from the beach) does have a washer and dryer in the room.
The front building has a common washer and dryer on each floor. The other differences are the back building rooms have a jacuzzi tub and the front building rooms have sliding glass doors in the master bedroom as well as the living room. Other then that the rooms are almost identical. We stayed in the front building but I asked if I could check out the back building and they obliged.
It is my understanding that owners are placed in the front building.
The back building does have a good view of the ocean. But sleeping with the slider open and waking up to the sun rise was awesome.
Had we stayed longer or still had little kids we might have felt differently about the washer and dryer.
There are more places to choose from in the Jensen Beach area.
